Even now, as spotted byGematsu, it isn’t an official announcement from Konami that has revealed the full slate of Yu-Gi-Oh games included with the Early Days Collection. Confirmation of which games will be a part of it comes courtesy ofits Nintendo eShop listinggoing live in Japan. Konami Has Revealed The 14 Games In Its Yu-Gi-Oh Early Days Collection
Five Of The 14 Will Be Released Outside Japan For The First Time
There was a hope that one of the reasons Konami was being so coy about a full reveal was because it planned to include some of the first Yu-Gi-Oh console games in its collection. The full reveal of what’s included has dashed those hopes as all of the 14 games launched on handheld devices during a five-year period that includedGame Boy,Game Boy Color, andGame Boy Advancetitles.
Yes, that’s 14 games in five years without including the other stuff that came to consoles. Times really have changed.
As highlighted byGameSpot, five of the 14 games in the Early Days Collection will be released outside of Japan for the first time when it launches on June 17, 2025. Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters for the Game Boy, which is the game that really helped Yu-Gi-Oh get off the ground, is one of those five.
