Summary

If you were hoping to play Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories on a modern consoleas part of theYu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection, then you’ll be out of luck. That’s because it appears that thePlayStation 1classic will not be part of the full lineupwhen the game launches in February of next year.

Information about the games included in the upcoming compilation comes by way of a Twitter user, who seemingly managed to source the game early from someone. In a post sharing the game’s box art, it has been revealed that Forbidden Memories is not one of the 14 games included.

We Need A Console Collection

Via the leak, the full game list is as follows:

Admittedly, it’s a massive list of games, some of which have never had an English release. That said, it’s a bit of a bummer that the likes of Forbidden Memories, Duelists of the Roses or Falsebound Kingdom were not included.

It appears that this particular compilation is centered around the handheld titles. Perhaps down the line we’ll get a “Modern Days” collection featuring the console titles that coincided with the anime. For now, though, it’s an awesome collection of games, and the physical edition even includes a collector’s card, making it a can’t miss release, even if the lack of Forbidden Memories is saddening.
