Some can be used for combat, others can be used to perform tasks for you at your base, and others can be used as mounts that help you traverse the land quickly. Among the ones that are good mounts in the game is Starryon, which was introduced in the new update for the game.
Where To Find Starryon
Starryonis aDark Type palfound on Feybreak Island, introduced with the latest update of the game. Asan exclusive night pal,you will need towait for nightfallbefore it spawns.
Finding Starryon can be a bit challenging, but one effective location isthe lake area in the Frozen Forest, located to the south of the map. Around this lake, you can find several Starryon swimming.
If you’d like to speed up the process, you can adjust the day and night cycle speed in the World settings from the main menu.
To capture Starryon, you’ll need tolure it out of the waterso you can fight it. Be careful not to do too much damage -lower its health as much as possiblebeforethrowing your legendary sphere to capture it.
Once captured,we recommend using Starryon as a mount, as it is quite useful for traversing the land on foot. However, if you choose to assign it to your base, Starryon hasa level two Gathering skill, which can be situationally helpful for base tasks.
Starryon can be found in other locations as well, but only during the night. In addition to our recommended spot, here’s a map with all possible locations marked in blue.
