While these upgrades boost Indy’s health and stamina, reaching the tier 3 upgrades isn’t out of reach. Sukhothai hides 20 more Medicine Bottles, which are just enough to max out both books.
Unfortunately, the fascists have been hogging these supplies instead of leaving them for the locals. As such, you may expect most bottles to be found in heavily guarded areas like campsites or dig sites. Here’s where to track them down in Sukhothai.
Who To Give The Sukhothai Medicine Bottles To
You can hand over the Sukhothai Medicine Bottles toValeria in the VaticanorGizeh’s Dr. Kafour, butSukhothai has its own resident doctor, Nŏo. He’s set up shop in theMedical Hut at Khaimuk Saksit Village, located at the northern tip of the Village map.
All three vendors stock the sameMoxie and Shaping Up books and their upgrades. However, it’s worth knowing that if you’ve already bought any of these books, youwon’t be able to repurchase themagain.
The tier 3 upgrades — Moxie (3) and Shaping Up (3) —cost a combined 30 Medicine Bottles. Withten leftover bottles from Vatican and Gizeh, plus 20 more in Sukhothaithat you’ll recover as part of the region’s iteration ofA Remedy For All Discovery, you’llhave exactly what’s needed to max out Indy’s health and stamina.
Sukhothai Medicine Bottle Locations In Voss' Camp
The best place to start your search for Medicine Bottles in Sukhothai isVoss' Camp. You’ll find four of these collectibles scattered around the area. You can get there bycrossing the Wat Chana Songkhram bridgeor docking your boat along the island’s shore.

Voss' Camp is one of Sukhothai’s restricted zones, so expect Nazi patrols to keep a sharp eye out for Indy if he’s wearing his regular outfit. Luckily, you cangrab the Royal Army Outfit here while hunting for Medicine Bottles.
The outfit is located in thewashing area just before the large tent to the north. Wearing it lets youblend in with the grunts, but watch out, asthe captains can still sniff out your disguise!
Sukhothai Medicine Bottle Locations In Wat Chana Songkhram
Wat Chana Songkhram holds four Medicine Bottles, making it another hotspot to scour. Start by docking your boat at theeastern fast travel pointand slip through the cracked wall for easy access to this restricted area.
The first Medicine Bottle isin the guard booth right next to the boom barrierat the entrance.
Another Bottlesits on a desk beside the locked chest tied to theTimely Arrival Mystery. Unlocking this chest also nets you theSukhothai Medicine exploration guide, which helps track any unclaimed Medicine Bottles in the region.
For the third, you’ll need toswim south of the encampmentto a small patch of land.
Sukhothai Medicine Bottle Locations In Wat Sa Si
Wat Sa Si, justbelow the Sukhothai Hidden Pyramid, holds two Medicine Bottleswaiting to be snagged. Here’s where to look.
Dock your boat near the signpost andhead south toward a broken bridge. Swim across to the land ahead, thenveer left a short distance to a tent. You’ll find the first Medicine Bottle inside.
The second Medicine Bottlesits in the furthest tent, where the Nazis have set up camp near the ruins. It is just before the cave where you can solve the puzzle for theLost in Past Fieldworkside quest.
Sukhothai Medicine Bottle Locations In Wat Mahathat
Wat Mahathat,sitting at the heart of the Sukhothai map, holds five Medicine Bottles. You can approach the excavation site from either theeastern or western signpost. Here’s how to grab them.
Start at theWat Mahathat West signpostand swimacross to the opposite wharf. The first Medicine Bottle is waiting there.
Return to the fast travel signpost andhead through the hole in the wall ahead. Take a right tofind a tent with the second Medicine Bottle, but be ready to deal with the fascist standing guard next to it.
Snagging that previous bottle might stir up trouble, somove quickly further south to another tent for the third one. That’s the same tent where you’ll find theCounting Letters Mystery.
From there, headeast to spot an open tentwith the fourth Medicine Bottle.

For the final bottle,make your way toward the giant temple.Climb the stairs to the right, and you’ll find it atop a scaffold.
Sukhothai Medicine Bottle Locations In The Fascist Armory
The Fascist Armory is another no-go zone, but getting in isn’t as tricky as it sounds. You canhop across the half-submerged trucksin theswamp south of Wat Mahathator slip in through theSecret Armory Entranceat the island’s southeast edge.
On thewestern side of the armory, there’s a tent with the first Medicine Bottle. Be careful, though, as a fascist is standing guard. You’ll want tocause a distraction before making your move.
For the second Medicine Bottle, head straight to thelarge building at the back of the armoryandenter the room on the right.
The last bottle is foundinside a tent behind two adjacent trucks.
Sukhothai Medicine Bottle Locations In The Tree House
The last set of Medicine Bottles can be found near theTree House, a location you’ll explore while chasing down leads inThe Kid Who VanishedFieldwork.
The first Medicine Bottle is stashed on asmall island where a pair of fascists have set up a fishing camp. You’ll come by it if you sail your boat along the narrow river west of the Tree House.
Next,dock your boat near the Tree Houseandhead a bit further upto grab the second bottle.
For the third, hop back into your boat andsail north from the Tree House dock. When theriver bends right, follow it to a dead end.The bottle barely hangs on top of a boxthat’s partially submerged.
