With every new season,Fortnitefollows the norm of changing and introducing multiple new gameplay mechanics along with weapons, including dramatic changes to the game’s UI. However, one core mechanic has remained the same since the game’s initial launch: The Storm.
To stay ahead of the curve, Fortnite introduced Forecast Towers, allowing the players to look into the storm’s future and learn where the upcoming storm circle will form on the battle royale Island. These towers are scattered all over the map, but unlike chests or the recently introduced Sprite Shrines, they are not huge in numbers.
All Forecast Tower Locations
In chapter six, season one,there are four locationswhere the forecast towers could possibly appear:
While there are four locations where the Forecast Towers can spawn,only two towers spawn per game. To find them quickly, as soon as you jump from the Battle Bus, take a quick glance at the map, and you may be able to see their huge metallic structure.
How To Use The Forecast Towers
Getting these Forecast Towers is no big feat. After locating one of the towers,wait for the first storm circle to settlein and suddenly, a group of guards will spawn nearby. They will shoot on sight, so be ready for a battle. Once defeated,they drop a security cardthat makes the forecast tower accessible.
Pick up the card and head inside a small officejust beneath the forecast tower, and there you caninteract with the computerto activate the tower. Activating the tower will makea subsequent circle appear on the map, representing the upcoming storm circle.
