Honkai Star Railaddscharacters, storylines, and lots to do with each new update so you’re able to grind to your heart’s content. These updates also add many events that bring distinct themes and mini-games alongside tons of rewards for you to claim. Most of these feature useful limited-time rewards for building or pulling characters, but after that period ends, you can still enjoy them through the Conventional Memoir tab in the Travel Log section.
These events are the quickest way to get lots of Stellar Jade and the main source of Tracks of Destiny (an advanced Trace Material needed for all units) and Self-Modeling Resin, needed forcustomizing Relic’s stats. However, some events are just better than others simply because they’re more fun, thanks to their unique gameplay.
10Everwinter City Museum Ledger of Curiosities
After saving Belobog from the Eternal Freeze and recovering a lost artifact,Pelawill invite you to manage the Everwinter City Museum. You’ll be in charge of assigning assistants for each working day and recovering artifacts and works of art to add to the museum at its reopening.
Completing these objectives will net you points you can use to improve the museum’s rank. Many playable characters can be assistants, includingServal,Seele, andBronya, which will allow you to know them a little better, adding to the game’s lore.
How To Unlock
Since it’s the first permanent event in the game, you’ll only need to reach Traiblaze Level 21 and complete the “Silent Galaxy” Trailblaze Mission.
9A Foxian Tale of the Haunted
This event is centered around heliobi you’ll need to capture around the Xianzhou Luofu. To do that, you’ll team up withHuohuo,Guinaifen, and Sushang, creating a very fun task force on their way to becoming internet celebrities. Paying attention to some urban legends and tips from fans, you’ll need to discover heliobi to then exorcise powerful forces.
This event is a great opportunity to hang out with Xianzhou characters and learn more about their past and passions, which will be referenced later in other storylines.
You’ll be able to play this event once you complete the “Obsequies Performed, A Long Road Ahead” Trailblaze Mission in Honkai: Star Rail.
8Aurum Alley’s Hustle and Bustle
Another Xianzhou Luofu event tasks you with improving Aurum Alley’s commercial capabilities. You’ll need to helpSushangwith shipping all kinds of goods by arranging different items on a grid so the IPC doesn’t take the docks out of your hands.
You’ll establish commercial relationships with food stands and other Xianzhou businesses. This event introduced debates to the game, which are gameplay portions that resemble the Ace Attorney franchise and allow you to convince characters of your plans for Aurum Alley.
This is another event you’ll unlock by simply finishing the main story in the Xianzhou Luofu. More specifically, you’ll need to complete the “Obsequies Performed, A Long Road Ahead” Trailblaze Mission.
7Hanu’s Prison Break
Hanu’s Prison Break was introduced with the 2.0 update and it’s the best way to learn and perfect your skills in the different game mechanics introduced with Penacony. These include Bubble Pinball, Dream Ticker, Hanu’s Adventure, and Dreamwalker challenges.
Solving all stages, which feature increasing difficulty, will net you lots of Stellar Jade and other useful rewards for building your characters, especially those from Penacony likeSparkleandAcheron. It’s an overall fun event for racking your brain a little bit instead of beating enemies with your bat.
You can unlock this event while playing the Penacony Storyline and completing the Trailblaze Mission titled “Through a Glass Darkly.”
6Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription
Sound Hunt Nijutsu isRappa’s time to shine as a composer, but you’ll need to help her get inspiration to create three entire songs. You’ll form a band with other Paperfold University students and travel around the universe to get inspiring sounds by playing a rhythmic game.
Sadly, the gameplay is too simple and doesn’t offer much challenge, but you’ll also be able to create your own songs with an easy-to-use editing tool. The best part comes after earning all rewards when you’ll be able to play more challenging sounds.
This event will only unlock once you finish Rappa’s story involving Dr. Primitive and a lot of monkeys. You’ll need to complete the “Battles Without Ninja and Humanity” Trailblaze Continuance.
5Luminary Wardance
In this event, you’ll coachLukain the Luminary Wardance Tournament, where he’ll fight other playable characters likeTopazandBoothill. These fights are pretty straightforward and feature enemies you’ve beaten dozens of times, but all the good bits happen outside the battlefield.
You’ll get to know a lot about Luka’s past and Belobog’s hero, Igor, who left his planet in search of aid to stop the Eternal Freeze. In terms of gameplay, this event will reward you with Imaginary March 7th’s Eidolons, so it’s a must if you’re building the character.
You’ll need to complete the mission titled “A Fugue From Beyond,” which is the last part of the Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue Trailblaze Continuance, featuringFeixiao.
4Origami Bird Clash
After the intense Penacony storyline, players get the chance to enjoy a new arcade game called Origami Bird Clash. It’s a Candy Crush clone where you need to line up fruits to get points, and the more fruits you gather, the better your score.
The best thing about it is that you’ll unlock different origami birds based on other playable characters, likeSilver WolfandFirefly, and each of them will change your playstyle dramatically. This event featured the only PvP activity in the game for a limited time, making it unique.
You have to bid farewell to Penacony by completing the “Stranger in a Strange Land” Trailblaze Mission to unlock this event.
3Aetherium Wars
In a game that features type matchups as its core gameplay, an event based on collection and battles like Pokemon was a matter of time. Aetherium Wars introduces you to Giovanni, a Masked Fool who invites you to collect Aether Spirits to fight other players in a tournament.
You’ll go around Belobog defeating and capturing Spirits based on different enemies to use them in battle and be the first champion. The event is extremely fun, feels like a miniature Pokemon adventure, and allows you to learn a lot about the enemies you face regularly.
You need to meet Topaz and complete the Future Market Part 2 Trailblaze Continuance Mission to get this event.
2Saga of Primaveral Blade
The Saga of Primaveral Blade event featuresMarch 7thlearning swordplay fromYunliandYanqingto defeat an IPC member Skott in a duel. You’ll train March through many sessions, improving her skills and teaching her new sword moves to use in battle. Then, once you win the duel, you’ll be able to unlock four additional endings with the help of characters likeQingqueandJiaoqiu.
The event features unique manga panels telling its story and will allow you to unlock Eidolons forImaginary March 7th.
Complete the “March to Mastery: A Star is Born” mission, part of the Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue: Part I Trailblaze Continuance. Make sure you finish the event before moving forward so the story makes more sense.
1Vignettes in a Cup
Siobhan, the bartender at Dreamjolt Hostelry, needs your help while she attends to some personal business. You’ll be in charge of serving drinks to different monsters, and you’ll be able to knit relationships with them by increasing their trust and diving into their pasts.
Treating monsters like equals brings a nice touch to the game and is the main reason why this event is the best. However, the amount of detail poured into the mixing mini-game also makes this event worthy of your attention, as you’ll finish it by creating your own signature drink.
You’ll get this event in the middle of the Penacony storyline by completing the Trailblaze Mission titled “A Walk Among the Tombstones.”
