The blazing nation of Pyro, Natlan, has been burning bright with many great additions to the massive world of Teyvat. With only one Archon left,Genshin Impact’s story seems to be reaching its climax very soon.
This leaves us to think about who might become playable on our trip to Snezhnaya and beyond. From the many Harbingers to the unique characters you and HoYoverse both forgot about, there is plenty to get you excited about the future.
10Varka
Anemo / Claymore
Varka is the current Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius who is currently on an expedition. Being such an influential figure, he knows many important people, such as Mavuika and Alice, and is renowned as a great leader and an even stronger fighter. It’s been a long time since we last had a Mondstadt character. We would love him most.
He is said to have taught Razor how to fight using a Claymore, which means that he will also use one. This would contrast with Jean and give us our first 5-Star Anemo Claymore user. There has been anticipation around a Mondstadt expansion update, which is the perfect time to see him join the playable cast.
9Sandrone
Geo / Catalyst
The seventh of the Harbingers, Sandrone is obsessed with mechanical work; she is always tinkering away with old Khaenri’ah tech. While we know little about her, we do know that she is quite distant and emotionless. When she was attending La Signora’s funeral, she was seen not honoring her fellow Harbinger.
She is seen accompanied by a modified Ruin Guard, which may be how she fights. Having a Geo Delusion would fit her personality, and we could see a unique kind of fighting where she either sits on top of her construct or pilots one. A great example, just like themech piloting FireflyfromHonkai: Star Rail,who is one of our favorites.
8Alice
Hydro / Catalyst
Alice is renowned as an adventurer and sorceresswho is mostly known as Klee’s mother and Albedo’s adoptive mother. She has lived over 500 years and has traveled to many worlds while exploring the entirety of Teyvat. She has even been responsible for creating her own worlds, such as Simulanka with the organization she founded, Hexenzirkel.
With your journey taking you all across the world, we can expect that Alice will become best friends with the Traveler and when you meet her she may even help you find new secrets. Contrary to Klee, you may see Alice being a Hydro Catalyst like Mona, who also has a strong connection to alchemy and astrology.
7Dottore
Dendro / Catalyst
The second of the Harbingers, Dottore, is a magnificent researcher who will not let any people or morals get in the way of his goal to create or become a god. He wants all people to be on the same level as gods and this researcher’s mindset would make him work well as an aggressive Catalyst who plays around creating unstable Reactions and applying debuffs.
He may bear a Dendro Delusion or Vision, making for the first Harbinger with this element. Due to spending a lot of time at the Akademiya, he has a background in Sumeru. This would grant him the ability to be a Support torival Nahida, one of the best Support characters.
6Madame Ping
Hydro / Polearm
Madame Ping is one of the most requested characters that we will see during one of the Lanturn Rite events due to her connection to Liyue. She has taught Xiangling how to use the Polearm and has been seen wielding one in her few appearances as a young Adeptus.
Considering she is an Adeptus, Madame Ping does not need a vision to create elemental attacks. This leads us to think she will likely be a Hydro user due to the heavily blue-colored pallet alongside the themes of water and tea circling her. She does give us the Serenitea Pot after all, and we would love to see her either in her young or old lady form.
5Pantalone
Pantalone is the ninth of the Harbingers who lacks a vision. He despises the Archons because of this and wants to remove their control over things such as Mora. He is an intellectual, cunning person who wishes to replace the currency with his own and so, in Snezhnaya, he is one of the most wealthy in the entire region.
He tends to be more of a businessman who buys his way to what he wants. Many fans love his design, and you’re able to see why we want him to become playable. With his connection to not having a vision and his tactical mind and ability to make it rain with money, he fits well with a Hydro Delusion and a Polearm.
4Columbina
Anemo / Bow
The third of the Harbingers, Columbina, is a deathly white girl who looks frail but is very much the contrary. In her fellow Harbingers' voice lines, both Wanderer and Tartaglia show fear of her and even advise you to have caution when you meet her.
With the Harbingers being ranked by strength, Columbina is above Arlecchino, which means she has near-god-level strength. Given her deadly appearance, she is most likely to be a Bow or Catalyst user, wanting the fastest way to take care of her opponents. The wings in her design suggest she would be an Anemo user or a Pyro user, fitting the red tips of her hair.
3Capitano
Cryo / Sword
The cool-as-ice first Harbinger, Capitano, has already shown us how great of an addition he would be throughout his actions in the Natlan Archon quest. He already has a huge fan base that HoYoverse would be greatly upset if we don’t see him added soon. You may even see hisbanner becoming one of the highest earningdue to his die-hard fans.
From having the strength to face down, the Pyro Archon at an almost equal level shows you how strong he would be as a Cryo DPS. Currently, the Cryo element is one of the weakest with not many strong DPS characters. Capitano is the knight of Khaenri’ah we need to fix that.
2Dainsleif

Being confirmed to be coming to the game in a playable state over four years ago, Dainsleif has been one of the most hyped characters that we would love to see soon. Every couple of updates we get some sort of new lore dump about Khaenri’ah through him, making him a very important character who has been around since the very beginning.
He is referred to as once being a great swordsman and is seen using unknown powers. Many fans have theorized thisis a new element that will be introducedin the vain of something like time control. This is also backed up by the text on his character card in the Vision section being weird indecipherable symbols.
1Tsaritsa
Cryo / Catalyst
Known as the Cryo Archon and the ruler of Snezhnaya, Tsaritsa is the main antagonist present throughout each Archon quest who is gathering all the Gnosis for an unknown plan. With her being the final Archon to be made playable, we cannot wait to have them all.
Having the Harbingers and the Fatui doing her dirty work for her suggests that she isn’t much of a fighter, and so you might see her use her Cryo strength as a Catalyst. However, her dominant rule and power over the Fatui may mean that she is secretly very powerful. Perhaps even the most powerful Archon of all seven.
