Despite a massive price dropoff since his release, Wesley Sneijder remains one of the best midfield options to use in your Serie A squad thanks to his sublime Passing attributes and accompanying PlayStyles. Sneijder boasts every Passing PlayStyle except Tiki Taka (which is unfortunately the best one) but shines in large part thanks to his Incisive Pass PlayStyle Plus.
While missing out on Tiki Taka is a massive blow to his long-term viability (if you play a quick buildup),Sneijder is likely to see improvements with new promo releasesthroughout FC 25 that should remedy this one flaw.
Marcus Thuram burst onto the scene in FC 25 thanks to his astounding Player of the Month (POTM) card, which offered a powerful and pacey striker at a reasonable cost. Thuram is an excellent addition if youhave other French playersin your starting 11, even without running a Serie A-themed squad.
If you don’t mind shelling out an ungodly amount of coins on a new striker (or if you have the luckiest RNG imaginable), then Thuram will be an excellent addition to your attack thanks to his strength and access to the Quick Step PlayStyle Plus.

Theo Hernandez isone of the most prolific defenders in Ultimate Teamand is a must-have player for your Serie A squad, especially if you aim to field the most competitive team possible for Champions or Rivals matches.
While you might not expect much out of your LB other than quickness and the ability to shut down opposing wingers, Theo offers the full range of offensive and defensive qualities to elevate your play. Whether you’re struggling to keep up with players like Rodrygo and Nico Williams or you need an offensive spark, Theo Hernandez can provide it.
Nicolo Barella might not provide the most dazzling attributes you’ve ever seen, but this Italian midfielder is renowned for playing better in-game than his card might suggest.
Barella’s card is available as a Squad Builder Challenge (SBC) until reset time on July 01, 2025.
If you decide to complete his SBC, you won’t be disappointed by the stellar player you can add to your team. The Half-Winger Role++ might not seem that good, but Barella’s contributions to your midfield will be noticeable, so it’s worth completing his SBC to witness his qualities for yourself.
Rafa Leao stands out as one of the best wingers in FC 25 thanks to his unusual combination of impressive Pace, Shooting, and Dribbling. Unfortunately, his price matches his prowess, with a prohibitively high cost that might make him impossible to get without some serious luck.
However, if you count yourself among the lucky ones who own one of Rafa Leao’s cards, it’sworth doing everything in your power to fit him into your starting 11.
Antonio Di Natale finds himself among the best Serie A players yet again in EA FC, as this fantastic Hero is frequently prized for his rare Pace, Shooting, and Dribbling skills. Few other strikers in Serie A can come close to this triumvirate of 90+ attributes that form the backbone of Di Natale’s qualities.
Di Nataleexcels as a False Nine and his Finesse Shot Plusmakes him a deadly striker around the box. His Physical attributes are severely lacking, so do everything in your power to avoid running straight toward defenders, or you’ll lose the ball quickly.
Lucio earns his place among the best Serie A players and is worth a shout asone of the best Brazilian players in Ultimate Team.Considering the available options, this should give you an idea of how impressive Lucio’s defensive abilities are. He boasts an excellent blend of size, Pace, and tackling that makes him nearly impossible to beat one-on-one.
If you can add Lucio to your team via a stroke of pack luck, you’ll be set at CB for most of the FC 25 cycle, with Lucio offering one of the clearest choices in the position.Combine him with a partner like Virgil van Dijk, Jaap Stam,or one of the other top defenders, and you’ll easily shut down opponents.
