Now, Genki, another accessory manufacturer, has vowed to “discuss any Switch 2 info” it has at this year’s CES.

Nintendo confirmed the announcement of its new console isstill due this financial year, but the company is keeping its cards close to its chest, with nothing revealed as of yet. That, unfortunately for them, has led to a slew of leaks, some reliable, some not so, about the Switch 2.

Ahead of its appearance at CES at the Las Vegas Convention Center next week, Genki has vowed to go one step further, sharing everything it knows about the successor to one of the most successful consoles of all time.

On itsofficial CES page, Genki says, “We’ll be featured at the entrance to Eureka Park for four hours, get to meet the team at Genki, the most crowdfunded game hardware brand at Kickstarter, ever. We’ll be sharing the products we’ve just finished crowdfunding as well as a peek of what’s next. Happy to discuss any Switch 2 info we may have as well as the stuff we’re making for it.”

It remains to be seen whether Genki will be sharing anything that Nintendo doesn’t want it to, but it’s a risky move knowing justhow litigious Nintendo can be. Realistically, though, it’s just going to be the external specifications, like the console’s shape and size. It’s a good ploy to get people to its stand, either way.
