Reddit user Famous-Possible-7181recently took to the Stardew Valley subreddit to ask everyone who their favorite romance options are, and while there’s a bit of love for everyone, there are a few names that crop up more than most. For example, many users are very smitten with Leah, such as KingOfThePenguins, who likes that she’s artistic and outdoorsy, while also a bit more mature than the other female romance options in town.
On the male side of things, Harvey is by far the most popular romance option there, though Shane and Sam are also pretty well-liked. However, it seems as though Harvey has enough nerdy rizz to make plenty swoon for him, with users like No-List-216 even admitting that his romance “ruined everyone else for me”. It’s also implied you get up to someless than wholesome things in a hot air balloon, which is just another point in his favor.
Strangely enough, there is also one character that players really like, though you can’t actually romance her. For some reason, quite a lot of people mention that they went for another character after realizing Robin was taken, such as Reddit user Sawertynn, who admits they usually go for Leah since Robin is already married. At least we know now that a lot of Stardew Valley fans are undercover homewreckers.
