Call of Duty: Black Ops 6is kicking off the year with a Squid Games collaboration event, adding a handful of new game modes to MP, Zombies, and Warzone. Earning XP in any playlist will slowly progress the event reward track, unlocking exclusive cosmetics and the new Cleaver melee weapon.
Even if you aren’t a fan of Squid Game, this event is a great time to jump in and earn some bonus rewards for simply playing. Today, we’ll briefly overview how the event works and showcase all 20 rewards you’re able to earn from the free and premium event reward tracks.
How The Squid Game Event Works
Squid Game is a short-term event that runs fromJanuary 3 to January 24.All XP you earn in Black Ops 6—including Multiplayer matches, Zombies, and Warzone—will progress a secondary, Squid Game-themed reward track.Ten rewardsareup for grabs, requiring a total of 356,000 XP to unlock everything.
All XP you earn during this event will progress the Squid Games reward track, not just Squid Game-themed playlists.
Squid Game Event Rewards
The table below breaks down every reward you can earn during this event, separated into two sections: free and premium.
Unlike previous events, Squid Game includes asecond, premium reward trackthat you may purchase for 1,100 CoD Points. This pass runs parallel to the free track and unlocks an additional ten Squid game-themed cosmetics. You donotneed to purchase the premium pass to participate in this event, but it is required if you want any of the rewards from the premium reward track.
