Fortniterecently introduced its player base to the massive and delightful battle royale island of Chapter Six, taking inspiration from the Samurai and Shogun era and introducing massively intriguing mechanics for the players to discover. While numerous original items are still in the game, most of them were vaulted and exchanged with other items.
With the introduction of the small and dispensable items like Oni masks, Sprites are adorable and tiny creatures that roam around the battle royale island, waiting for players to grab them and use them for their abilities, or exchange them with Sprite Boons; small and yet powerful items.
All Sprite Boons And What They Do
Sprite Boons are asmall device-like item that integrates abilitiesto let the player receive a passive buff that can be of help in a battle. Boons have theirinnate spot designated in the inventoryand won’t fill up the weapon’s slots.
Unfortunately, the maximumcapacity for the Boons in your inventory is two.
These Sprite Boons come in various types, all of them havingdifferent effects on the playerand can act as a significant buff to give you just the required edge in a fight to tackle your enemies and be the victor.

Wind Boon
Once equipped, you cansprint significantly faster, but it’s only available while holding your pickaxe.
Void Boon
This works like the Shakedown system:knock down an enemy to reveal otherenemies near your location.
Equipping this boon can majorlyincrease weapon reloading speed.
Water Boon
While swimming, the Water Booncan regenerate your health and shield; it works in an area of effect, healing anyone nearby.
How To Find Sprite Boons
Sprite Boons are pretty easy to locate. Land at any of the named points of interest on the battle royale map and there you may stumble upon a recently introduceditem named Elemental Chest. These chests have asignificant rate of spawning Sprite Boons, including the Oni Masks.
Along with the Elemental Chests, you’re able to use thenearby Sprite Shrinesto locate the Sprites,the small elemental creatures, in the vicinity. Pick up one of the Sprites, and after you successfullyreturn it to a Sprite Shrine, the shrine will provide you with a Sprite Boon related to the Sprite’s elemental ability.
