With a total of286 cards in this expansionalone and some very tough pull rates, it’s likely it will take the majority of players a very long time to complete Genetic Apex—even afterlimited trading is introduced in the new year, so this news is welcome.
It seems the game is likely to follow the real-worldPokemon TCG’scadence by keeping expansions available for a while, even when new ones are released.
Genetic Apex’s pull rates didn’t deter one player, though. After spending almost $1,500, theycollected every card in Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket’s inaugural setby opening a ton of packs and completingWonder Picks. It’s little surprise that the game ismaking around $6.5 million a day.
