Just last week, one playeranalyzed the results of almost 30,000 TCG Pocket battlesto find which decks had the highest success rate. Building The Ultimate Mewtwo Ex Deck In Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket

OA’s research came about as they were surprised at just how badly theMewtwo ex deckperformed in their previous research. The deck fell into OA’s B-tier, finishing as the ninth-best overall deck, behind domination fromPikachu exandArticuno ex.

Thislatest analysisfirst looked at the best non-Mewtwo ex Pokemon that should be included in the deck. Naturally, Ralts, Kirlia, and Gardevoir were there for their ability to generate energy for Mewtwo ex quickly. While most people run the deck with just Mewtwo ex and these three Pokemon, OA found that, actually, adding a standard Mewtwo, or a combination of Jynx and Kangaskhan, would “significantly increase the win rate of this archetype.”

They state that these additional cards work as a “shield,” allowing the player to build their Mewtwo ex and Gardevoir from the bench, at the maximum cost of one prize card.

Adding a standard Mewtwo, or a combination of Jynx and Kangaskhan, would ‘significantly increase the win rate of this archetype.’

OA then analyzed whichitem cards work bestas part of the ultimate Mewtwo ex deck. They found that the ultimate combination ran with one Red Card, two Potion, and two Sabrina. Adding Giovanni, however, seemingly made the decks more unreliable.

Using their data, OA surmised that the following deckshouldsee you to a win rate of over 60 percent.
