Nuketown is one of the most iconic multiplayer maps in the history of the Call of Duty series, and many were excited to see it featured as early as release day inCall of Duty: Black Ops 6.
If you’ve played previous Nuketown maps in earlier Call of Duty: Black Ops games, you’ll know that each version had an Easter Egg that could be triggered through the mannequins. With the release of Season One, players finally figured out how to complete the Nuketown Easter Egg in Black Ops 6, and this guide will show you how.
How To Complete Nuketown Easter Egg
The steps are similar to the previous Nuketown Easter Egg. This time, you need toshoot the heads off each mannequin on the map within a time limit of one minute and 30 seconds.
You canload a private match with the Nuketown mapto try this yourself, as, at the time of writing, there is no way to do it in a public match.
It’s recommended to have a friend help you with this Easter egg, as the mannequins are scattered throughout the map.
With a friend, you can both cover half of the map and ensure that you shoot all the mannequin heads within the time limit.
Althoughthe mannequin locations are random each match, you can typically find theminside and outside both houses on the map, as well asaround the bus area in the middle of the map.
Once you’ve shot all the mannequin heads within the time limit, you’ll seea screen saying “Signal Lost - Stand by.”
Your game will now have a VHS overlay, andendless hostile mannequins will start attacking you.
If you check the area outside the map near the bus, you’ll noticea mannequin audience that reacts to your actions in the match.
If you kill a mannequin, they will boo you; however, if you kill another player, they seem to cheer.
