Summary

Marvel Rivalsdataminers have already managed to unmaskSpider-Manand reveal what Peter Parker looks like when he’s not swinging around.

One of the undeniably greatest strengths of Marvel Rivals and something that has given it aunique edge in the hero shooter landscape is its stacked roster of beloved and well-known characters. From heavy hitters like Iron Man and Captain America to more niche picks to Jeff the Land Shark and Squirrel Girl who are finding a new audience, there’s someone for everyone here.

Of course, among the titans of the Marvel world is one of the most popular heroes of all time - Spider-Man.Despite having a very unique suit and taking elements of several versions of the character, good old Peter Parker is pretty much what you’d expect from him in Marvel Rivals. Even with that being the case, that hasn’t stopped fans from wondering who, if anyone is under the mask.

Here’s What Peter Parker Looks Like In Marvel Rivals

The first hint we got of how Peter Parker would look as Spider-Man came from his Bombastic Bag-Man costume, which has him wearing a paper bag over his head like in the comics. During the intro,Peter Parker can be very, verybriefly seen putting on the bag, confirming he has a face model underneath his usual mask.

As anyone who has Googled Squirrel Girl will know, Marvel Rivals players recently got their hands on the game’s models and discovered how much detail has been put into them. Over on Twitter,_notrose took that in the safe for work direction and used the models to learn what Peter Parker looks likeunder his Bombastic Bag Man model.

The results can be seen in their tweet above, which shows a clear look at Peter’s facial model. Just like the rest of the Marvel Rivals roster, he looks fantastic and surprisingly similar to a more grown-up version of the Ultimate iteration of the character. There’s a lot of effort that’s been put into his face considering you’re not really supposed to see it.

Peter’s face reveal also sparked some discussion about the strange coloured lines that appear in his hair, which is just a neat effect that makes it look more vibrant in motion.

It seems that Peter Parker doesn’t actually have a head model for his base skin (which makes sense, why would he need to?),but _notrose took the liberty of putting the Bombastic Bag-Man head on the default skin’s body. While that’s not how the skin looks, it does give us the closest thing we’ve had to how Peter Parker looks in Marvel Rivals.
