Summary

The launch ofMarvel Rivalsis only two days away andthanks to its latest trailer, we now know all 33 of the heroes and villains that will be a part of its roster on release day. Datamined details have already hinted at who else from Marvel’s multiverse we can expect to see in the game post-launch, and with just 48 hours to go until Rivals' arrival, we appear to have gotten our first look at its take on Mr. Fantastic.

An earlier dataminerevealed that all four members of the Fantastic Four will eventually be added to Rivals with a first look at what the Human Torch will look like in the game already out in the wild. The aptly namedRivalsLeakshas recently shared an image of what they’re claiming is a first look at Rivals' Mr. Fantastic design. Since there’s been no official confirmation the hero will be added to Rivals, it can’t be confirmed that this leak is 100 percent real, but it certainly looks legitimate.

Perhaps the most surprising part of the leaked Fantastic image is just how buff Netease has gone with it if the design is the real deal. The stretchy superhero is very well built and his super suit is an incredibly tight-fitting one. Both design aspects seem to have gone over well with Marvel fans judging by the reactions in the replies to the post below.

We May Have Just Gotten Our First Look At Mr. Fantastic In Marvel Rivals

Here’s Hoping It’s Legit Because, Damn

A reply to the original postfeatures more potentially leaked images from the game that appear to show Mr. Fantastic using one of his Rivals' powers. Rather than stretching, the hero has transformed his body to bulk himself up. Not in a buff way but more in a way that makes him look like he has swallowed The Thing, another hero who will eventually join the Rivals roster if the Fantastic Four info previously datamined is eventually realized.

Netease and Marvel haven’t revealed how frequently new characters will be added to Rivals' roster so for now, if Mr. Fantastic is coming, there’s no way of knowing when he’ll arrive. It would be cool if his and the rest of the Fantastic Four were added to the game to coincide with their arrival in the MCU next summer, but if the image above is real, it feels like they’ll be in the game long before they’re on the big screen.

Even though there will be 33 characters at launch, if Rivals is successful enough, a lot of heroes and villains will be joining them in the coming months. The team behind the hero shooteralready wants to know who players would like to see added to the roster nextwith Ghost Rider and Deadpool leading a poll it ran on the Rivals' Discord.
