Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2is still almost two weeks away and has already garnered its fair share of controversy. Writer Daniel Vávra wastargeted online over the inclusion of a same-sex romance scene. And again, yesterday, Vávratweeted screenshots of an “anti-woke” video that was taking aim at the game, calling the creator a “grifter”.
While the discourse of the game continues to play out, developer Warhorse Studios casually revealed the post-launch content roadmap for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Aside from three story expansions, Warhorse is doubling down on the medieval life simulator angle and introducing a few more features of the time.

In Spring, the game will receive three free updates that include a barber feature to create and customize your own look for Henry, a Hardcore Mode if you really want to experience what medieval life was like, and a horse racing feature for all you speed demons. From Summer onwards, the game will receive three story expansions.
Brushes with Death sees Henry help out a mysterious artist with a shady past. He must travel across Bohemia to unravel a dangerous conspiracy. Legacy of the Forge takes Henry back to his roots, as he works to restore a once-renowned forge to create mastercrafted weapons and uncover tales of the past. Mysteria Ecclesia takes our knight to the Sedlec Monastery where he must delve into its deep reaches in order to stop the spread of a deadly malaise.
The three expansions will launch some time in Summer, Fall, and Winter 2025 respectively. You may think that it’s a bit strange that Warhorse is revealing the game’s roadmap almost two weeks before the launch of the base game, but this could be the result of Steam’s new guidelines that saydevelopers must clarify the nature and launch window of future content.
It seems that we’re going to be spending a lot of time in Bohemia thanks to all the content coming to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, especially those who’ve already sprung for the expansion pass.
