Final Fantasy 14has partnered up with Twitch for a new Twitch Support-A-Streamer campaign. Suitably timed alongsidethe Starlight Celebration event, offers players the chance to earn the Snowstreamer mount, a reskinned version of the Snowman mount, by supporting FF14 streamers on Twitch.

The event runs from today until June 21, 2025 at 6:59 am PST/ 14:59 GMT, so be sure to take part before then if you want to get your own adorable snowman with purple scarf. Here’s what you need to know.

How To Get The Snowstreamer Mount

To get your very own Snowstreamer mount,you must gift three Twitch Subscriptions while watching a Final Fantasy 14 streamer(who must be a Twitch Partner or Affiliate channel) during the campaign period.

Any purchases made outside of the campaign period will not count, and therefore will not get you your reward.

You cannot gift subscriptions anonymously otherwise it will not count towards this campaign.

Anyone can receive the code from Twitch when purchasing/gifting subscriptions that meet the requirements, regardless of whether they have a FF14 account.

Once you have your code, you simply need to login to theFinal Fantasy 14 Mog Station websitewith your Square Enix account. Go to’Enter Item Code' and input the code from Twitch. You’ll need to confirm which character you wish the rewards to go to if you have more than one. You’ll be given theSnowstreamer Belland50 Aetheryte Ticketsfrom this code.

Codes can only be redeemed on active FF14 accounts and can’t be redeemed on a Free Trial accounts.

How To Claim Your Rewards

Your rewardswill be delivered to your character via Moogle Mailin-game. Once you receive them, you may simply use the Snowstreamer Bell from within your inventory and can then use it immediately.

Sometimes digital rewards take some time to come through, so don’t panic if it doesn’t arrive immediately.
