Citadelle des Morts, the new Zombies map introduced in Season One Reloaded ofCall of Duty: Black Ops 6, captures the essence of classic Zombies maps from earlier Black Ops entries. It’s expansive, gothic, visually stunning, and filled with both peril and mystery.
Like any other map, it features a variety of Easter eggs to uncover, from wielding powerful swords to feeding cheese to rats or even bartending for zombies. However, one particular Easter egg stands out, and it’s tied to Maya, her story, and the fate of her brother in Terminus. This leads to a secret area and an exclusive cutscene that only she can experience.
How To Unlock Maya’s Secret Cutscene
Since this is a Maya cutscene, it’s important touse the Maya operator skin,which you’re able to equip from the operator menu. After equipping it,start a Citadelle des Morts matchand progress through the map normally untilyou reach the castle.
Once inside the castle,head to the eastern side where the Vulture Aid machine is located. To the left of it, you’ll find aradio on a table and a door nearby—this is where you need to be.
It seems you’ll need to progress through several rounds, likely up to round ten or more. We’re not entirely sure of the exact round, but the radio will start making noise, so keep checking on it.
When it does,interact with the radio, and a character will respond,unlocking the door for you. Once the door is open, interact with it toenter a secret area on the map.
Inside, you’ll encounter a swarm of vermin to eliminate as you advance. Eventually, you’ll reachan area where you must defeat a mini-boss to continue progressing.
After successfully defeating the mini-boss, pick up the key it will drop and follow the straightforward path toenjoy a special secret cutscene, which we’ll leave as a surprise for you to discover.
