Every good ruin-covered location needs, and likely has, more than a few puzzles for you to find, and inLuma Island, your farm is covered with them. From the locked shrine at the beach’s edge to the mysterious green lights that lead you to hidden treasure, you have several to do while settling into life on the island.
One you may end up coming across is the crystal statue by the lake. Who put it there and what purpose it might’ve served in the past is unknown outside some vague hints from the non-human residents, but whatever the statue is, it’s still active.
How To Solve The Crystal Light Puzzle
The Crystal Light puzzle is found on thenortheastern corner of your farm, right near theshore of the lakein the same corner, though a handful of Farm Boulders block it off.
Once you break the rocks, you’ll be greeted withone large crystalsurrounded bythree panels with slightly different colors: red and green on the right, and blue on the left.
While similar, theblue and orange crystal panels you can find elsewhere on your farm are for a different puzzleand don’t do anything for this one.
To solve this puzzle, you’ll need tohit them in a particular orderand each correct answer gets you a little burst of color-coded particles:
After youhit all three in that order, the crystal will light up and ablue treasure chest will appearnext to it as your reward.
Open it up, and you’ll get somenormal treasure chest lootlike Farm Nature Tokens and Spirits, but blue chests also have ahigherchance to drop rarer items, like Wheat Everseeds.
