Island locations aren’t immune to natural disasters like earthquakes, and after the one that hitLuma Island, the town is looking worse for wear. It caused all sorts of structural damage to the roads and pathways and more than a few buildings were shaken to pieces, hurting the livelihood of those living there.

Now that you’re living on the island, it’s your home too, and your neighbors are in dire need of a helping hand – especially one with a penchant for crafting plenty of useful materials. Get your tools in hand and materials in their crafters because Zara and her animals need a new home.

How To Repair The Pet Shop

On themorning of day five, an earthquake will hit the island. Thiswon’t affect your farm, but the next time you go into town, a lot of theregion will be damaged, andseveral shops and locations will be destroyed.

Head over to thenorthwestern corner of the town, and you’ll find thePet Shop near the staircasethat leads to Arianne’s house, and its owner, Zara, standing in front of it.

Speak to her, and you’ll end up with aquest to restore the shop. All you’ll need for thefirst set of repairsisfive Farm Planks, which are crafted from Farm Logs at a Sawmill, andfive Fibers, which arecrafted from Reedsat aSimple Workbench.

When you’ve got everything ready,return to the Pet Shopandinteract with itwhile you’ve got thematerials in your inventory.

Theruined Pet Shopwill turn into theBroken Pet Shop, but you won’t be finished yet; you’ll have anew set of materialsto collect tofinish the repair.
