Warframetakes players to the last day of 1999, where Doctor Entrati experimented with some human volunteers and injected them with the Technocyte virus to create protoframes. Those volunteers are now hunting him to answer for what he’s done to them, and you will travel to the past to find out what transpired during those days.
The new Syndicate you can find in Höllvania called The Hex, a group of people struggling to keep their sanity as the year comes to an end, and with it, the end of this ruined city as a whole. Here’s all you need to know about them.
What Is The Hex?
The Hex is a Syndicate that resides in the Höllvania Central Mall during the year 1999. This group of individuals is trying to find Albrecht Entrati so he can revert the Technocyte virus that afflicts them, and is composed of the following members:
How To Unlock The Hex Syndicate
You will unlock this syndicateonce you finish the main story quest of 1999; after you go back in time, you’ll rewind the grim ending that The Hex had during the quest, which will open new possibilities for you to explore. This will allow the Pom-2 PC on your orbiter to display several menus in it, and you’ll be able to freely travel to the mall to visit each character and discover what they have to offer.
How To Rank Up
To rank up the Syndicate, you must complete bounties and farm Syndicate Standing. You will begin at Rank 0 with a maximum amount of 5,000 standing until you reach your limit, and then offer a certain amount of items and Hollars to advance to the next rank.

Eleanor sells the newly-introduced batch of Arcanes. In the future, Eleanor will also sell Technocyte Coda Weapons.

Arthur and Lettie don’t work as vendors, instead being the NPCs you must use to advance to the next rank and cash Hex Treasures if you want to get some extra Standing.
The Hex - Quest Finale Replay
Reaching the Liked Relationship Status with the six members of the Hex will allow you to replay the last day of 1999, this time letting you save your friends. Doing so will reward you with a new cutscene, and The Hex Noggle collection as a gift from Arthur.
