For being a character of the Super era, and an antagonist no less, Goku Black might seem likehe’s lacking in the strength department.This is mostly to do with the fact thathis ultimate form is Super Saiyan Rose, and as such, he can’t do much in base form.
He, however, hasa balanced movesetthat can take on any opponent, with decent ranged Supers andan unblockable Rush Super, although that last move is a bit expensive. His skills aren’t something worth noting, since you’re better offsaving the Skill Count to transforminto Rose.
The main purpose of picking this Goku Black over his transformed version is the cost,specifically for DP Battle mode.There,Goku Black costs only five DP, whilehis transformed version costs eight, making his base form a great way to squeeze more power into a team.
