The Winter Cloak is a must-have if you are going to travel towards the Northern Summit. By wearing it,your temperature bar will always be full, so you will be able to climb the mountains further. It is not difficult to get the Winter Cloak, as all you need is to visit one of the two camps where it is sold. Below are their coordinates:

Once you find the location of the Winter Cloak, you canbuy it for 7,500C$just by interacting with it. After purchasing it, the item will be added to your inventory, and you can then equip it to stay warm.
It’s also worth noting that if you haven’t visited Northern Summit yet, don’t forget to buy Oxygen Tanks before heading further into the mountains to avoid dying from lack of oxygen. While it is possible to reach a few camps there without the Winter Cloak, it is much harder to do so without Oxygen Tanks.
