Citadelle des Morts, the new Zombies map introduced with the release of Season One Reloaded inCall of Duty: Black Ops 6, brings back a familiar feeling reminiscent of the old Zombies maps from previous Black Ops entries. It’s expansive, gothic, stunning, and packed with dangers and secrets.
Unlike the two launch maps, Citadelle des Morts doesn’t feature just one wonder weapon. Instead, it offers four elemental swords as wonder weapons. Each sword requires you to obtain it and upgrade it to its corresponding elemental state. This guide will walk you through all the steps to acquire the void raven sword, Balmung.
How To Get The Void Sword Balmung
Get The Raven Sword
After obtaininga stampfrom one of the zombies with a helmeted head, make your way to the throne room.
Interact with the knight statue that has a raven on its shoulderto obtain the corresponding sword.
Get The Antiquity Item
Next,head to the Alchemical Lab room on the left side of the throne, where you’ll find multiple shelves.
The item is random each match, but somewhere on the shelves, you should findan animal skull that you can pick up.
Once you pick up the item, it will notify you that you’ve found anAntiquity item. Each Antiquity item corresponds toan animal and a zodiac sign, meaning there are multiple possible antiquity items that you may find.
With the item in hand, return to the spawn area andhead to the basement of the bar, where you’ll finda circular mechanism on the wall. Interact with it to insert your Antiquity item, then you canplace your raven sword inside.
This triggersa dial puzzle, which can be a bit complicated.
Solve The Zodiac Dial Puzzle
Refer to the two pictures below which will be your reference to solve this puzzle.
The first picture corresponds tothe animal represented by the Antiquity item you found. For example, if it’s two raven faces, it represents Gemini; if it’s a lion’s jawbone, it corresponds to Leo; and if it’s a scorpion, it represents Scorpio, and so on.
So the first step is toidentify which animal and zodiac sign your Antiquity item represents.
On the dial puzzle, you’ll noticea green arrow.
What you need to do is rotate the inner ring (with the green symbols) until youmatch your zodiac sign to the corresponding element above(blue symbols), based on the second picture above.
If done correctly, you’ll seea purple hole on the floor, and orbs will begin to follow you. Your task is tolead these orbs to the purple hole so they can be absorbed by the ground.
You’ll need to do this intwo more locations: the ground floor and the upper floor of the bar.
Finally, after dealing with the orbs,follow the main orb back to the dial puzzlein the basement.
Shortly after, the sword will emerge, and you’ll receive the void sword, known as theBalmung Sword.
