On your journey to explore the mysteries ofLuma Island, the third location on the island you’ll be visiting is the frigid, snow-covered peaks of the Mountain. Despite the temperatures and the mischievous crows, the ancient people still inhabited the area, and you’ll find more remnants of their civilizations.

Thanks to Old Man Jeffery’s knowledge, you’ll find out there are three more tablets to find, found in three different temples you need to visit. Each one waits for you in locations requiring you to face hostile terrain and dangerous obstacles, and even the temples themselves offer a greater challenge than before.

How To Get Frozen Tablet A

Afterrepairing the Cable Carand reaching the Mountain, the first thing you’ll want to do besides start gathering materials is go to thelarge ruins slightly northwestof the Cable Car platform.

Speak toOld Man Jefferyagain, andlike at the Forest, you’ll need togather three tabletsto unlock the central ruin of the Mountain.

The first temple is theForgotten Mountain Temple. It’s located at theeastern end of the Mountain, and you’ll need tofollow the path going northwestfrom the Cable Car platform to reach it.

Watch out for thebear that roams the Mountain while exploring during the day, as it can kill you in a single hit, and it can’t be hurt or killed by your Whip.

When you arrive at the temple, you’ll need tohit three switchesnear the entrancewithin a certain amount of timeto open the door:

If you hit them all in time, the door to theForgotten Mountain Temple will open, and you’ll be able to go inside and face the puzzles within for your first Frozen Tablet.

Room 6

Room 7

Go around to the spike panel, and run across it once thebottom row disappears, then stop at thefirst row of tiles right after you crossto avoid the wall icicles. Lure the Bat over and kill it, then run to the nextset of safe tiles before the second spike panel, and follow them as they disappear. Lure the second Bat up the stairs and kill it, then go around either rotating statue while it’sfacing the opposite direction.

Room 10

Grab theFrozen Tablet Afrom the ground, open the Orange Chest for a Luma Egg, and then exit.

How To Get Frozen Tablet B

The second temple you’ll be going to is theRuined Mountain Temple, and it’s located at thenorthern edge of the Mountain. From the Cable Car platform, take thepath going northeastthis time, and follow it all the way around,past the unfinished campin the northeast corner.

If you go through the cave near the Ruined Mountain Temple and out the other side, you cankick down a tree log and unlock a shortcutclose to the entrance to the Mountain.

You can tilt the camera down in certain rooms anduse the fog rolling through to light up the invisible floor tilesand make the path easier to see.

Room 1

Break the Spider Weband then exit through the door.

Has anArchaeologist Profession’s door.Contains the Broken Atziri Ring and Broken Atziri Chalice.

Room 9

Follow theinvisible flooron theleft side of the roomto the middle square with the spikes while avoiding the wall icicles. Run past the spike panel, thenwait at the edge for the icicles to fly left, then run behind them and up the floor before the next set hits you and to the exit door.

Pick upMountain Forgotten Tablet Bfrom the floor and open the Orange Chest for loot and another Luma Egg.

How To Get Frozen Tablet C

The third temple is theForsaken Mountain Temple, and it is locatednear the top of the Mountain. Like before, you’ll need to use thepath to the northeastby the Cable Car platform to reach it.

How To Find The Forsaken Mountain Temple

Follow it around to the north,past the Forgotten Mountain Temple, and until you reach where theground is covered in snow, andfive Crow Snowmen enemiesdot the path.

Defeat them or run past them, andkeep following the pathas it goes up,hugging the cliff’s edgeto avoid the giant snowballs rolling down periodically.

You’llpass by two different Tribute Statueson the way, as well asTalking Stone Sneon a ledge, and you’ll need to useten Mountain Woodon someunfinished scaffoldingto block the falling snowballs blocking the ledge you need to go across.

On the other side of the ledge, you’ll have to go over a frozen lake withice tiles that cause you to slideanduse the three rocksdotted around the lake toavoid the beam of the Snowstorm Prism.

After that, you’ll haveanother section of giant snowballs to avoid, including one that has a longerpath that bounces off several rocks. Wait in between each snowball’s path,keeping to the edgeas usual.

Once you’re through, you’ll haveone last area of scaffoldingthat needs repairing and anothersection of giant snowballs.

As you’re approaching the next safe area, thefirst of three gem pillarscan be found at theedge of the cliff. Rotate it until abeam of light shoots into the distance, then move forward.

Whenall three beams of lightare pointingtoward the temple, you’ll get a cutscene of the doors opening up, and you can go inside.

Room 3

Room 4

Break the Spider Web blocking the way through, and wait for theright set of wall icicles to fire, then run across to thesafe zone next to the statuebefore the left set hits you. Wait for theleft set to fire, then the right, andrun behind the right setto the next safe zone on the same side of the wall.

Repeat this process, and run around the obstacle blocks and to the next safe zone past the pillars. For the final part, let the left set pass, then the right set, andrun behind them as soon as they passuntil you reach the exit.

Flip the switch nearby toturn the wall icicles offand safely grab the blue chest.

Room 5

Wait by the edge, lure both Bats over from across the gap, and kill them.Hug the lion statueand run past the wall icicles right after they shoot, then leave through the exit door.

Room 8

Runpast the wall iciclesafter they shoot and up the stairs, thenwait for the next set to shootbefore running past them.Break the Spider Web and the Mountain Boulders, then kill the two Bats before running past the next set of icicles to the stairs. Run past the last set andgrab the Ancient Bookbefore exiting.

Room 6 (Part 2)

Pick a side to go on, then wait for the rolling saw sets to meet and return to their starting positions before running to thetwo safe zone tiles next to the four lowered floor tiles. Wait for either upper rolling saw to start moving back, and run behind it to the other side.

GrabFrozen Tablet Coff the ground, open the Orange Chest for a Luma Egg and some loot, then exit the temple.

How To Use The Frozen Tablets

After you get all three tablets, return to thecentral ruins northwest of the Cable Car platform, and interact with them while all the tablets are in your inventory.

The door to it will open, and you can enter theAncient Mountain Temple. Go down to the very bottom, and you’llfind the Ancient Peak Keyon the floor of the platform alongsidetwo Purple Chests.
