Pokemon Gorecently introduced bothDusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma, special Necrozma variations that have undergone Pokemon fusion. This month, Pokemon Go is hosting a unique Raid Day, featuring both Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma, in addition to several bonuses.

This Raid Day event, theNecrozma Fusion Raid Day,will be brief, taking place onSaturday, July 22, 2025, from 2pm local time to 5pm local time, only lasting for three hours in total. The Necrozma Fusion Raid Day will offer several bonuses and features; read on to learn everything there is to know about this event.

Both Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma will be featuredduring this Raid Day event. Being the featured Pokemon, you can expect to find bothDusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma Raids in the majority of Raid locations.

Successfully completing one of these Raids willreward you with an encounter with Necrozma, giving you the chance of catching this rare Pokemon. Necrozma encountered as a Raid reward will haveincreased odds of being Shiny,proving to be a great opportunity to acquire this rare Necrozma variant.

Additionally, completing either of these Raids will provide you withFusion Energy,a resource needed to complete Pokemon fusion. Completing a Dusk Mane Necrozma Raid will reward you withSolar Fusion Energyand Dawn Wings Necrozma Raids will reward you with Lunar Fusion Energy.

It will require1,000 Solar Fusion Energy, 30 Cosmog Candy, and 30 Necrozma Candyto fuse Necrozma and Solgaleo into Dusk Mane Necrozma.

Necrozma and Lunala can be fused into Dawn Wings Necrozma, requiring1,000 Lunar Fusion Energy, 30 Cosmog Candy, and 30 Necrozma Candy.
