It’s a trait of modern gaming, andIndiana Jones and the Great Circleis no exception. Weapons you start the game with and any you find lying around on the ground can break if you use them too much. There’s only so much Nazi head bashing that a wooden leg can take, of course.

However, there’s a way to repair some of the weapons you break in The Great Circle. As long as you have a supply of Repair Kits, you’ll be able to have a useable weapon at all times. It means you’re never completely helpless in fights.

You are only able to repair weapons that are permanently in your inventory. The pistols you find during the game can be repaired, but the melee weapons you pick up cannot be repaired once broken.

How To Get Repair Kits

Right from the early quests and locations in the game, you’ll encounter Repair Kits. They’ll be lying on the ground and can be picked up by press X. They look like little grey boxes andthey’ll usually be found propped up against benchesand boxes in enemy camps.

Once you’ve found them, they’ll be added to your inventory to be used at any time. However, you can only carry a maximum of ten Repair Kitsat any one time.

How To Use Repair Kits

However, using the Repair Kits you have is trickier because the game never explains it. Once you’ve broken one of your weapons, it will show as snapped in half in its icon on the left of the screen.

You can only break your weapon when using it as a melee weapon, and not when shooting if it’s a gun.

With the weapon broken and equipped, press right on the d-pad to open the inventory. Then, press left to select the weapon you’re using. You should then be able to hold X to repair it using one of the Repair Kitsin your inventory. You’ll then be able to use it as normal once more.

If you’ve found multiple disguises in a location, you’ll have different default weapons you may use. Simply select the disguise to see the weapon, as they may also be broken.
