Ingenuity inPath of Exile 2is a powerful Unique Belt, which you can use in many endgame builds. It does not have mods like Elemental Resistances, HP, Mana, Level of Skills, etc., but it is still highly sought-after. This is because of its incredible synergy with your equipped rings.

When equipped, Ingenuity provides you with 40-80 (even more if you hit a lucky Vaal Orb) percent increased bonuses from your equipped rings. Being able to further boost powerful mods that can roll on rings, such as Added Damage, Elemental Resistances, Cast Speed, Mana, HP, etc. can truly elevate your build.

How To Get Ingenuity

The primary way of gettingIngenuityis todefeat the King in the Mists, one of the endgame Pinnacle Bosses.

To challenge him, you willneed an item called An Audience with the King. Place it inside the Realmgate (found in theAtlas of Worlds) to access The Crux of Nothingness, where you will find the King in the Mists.

Remember thatonly the endgame versionof The King in the Mistscan drop Ingenuity. The one found in Act-I cannot drop it.

How To Get An Audience With The King

If you are playing the Trade League, it is possible to buy it from theTrade Website. The price depends on a couple of factors, i.e. roll, corruption, etc. A low-roll should not cost you more than a couple ofDivine Orb. On the other hand,we haveseen the highest rolls being sold formultiple Mirror of Kalandra.

For those of you who do not have a lot of currency, we recommend any roll (corruption does not matter) that you’re able to easily afford, and farm something like Ritual to get a better one.

Can You Get Ingenuity With An Orb Of Chance?

You cannot use anOrb of Chanceto get Ingenuity. This is becausean Orb of Chance can only create Uniques, which arenot boss-specific. Since the beltexclusively drops from the King in the Mists, there is no way to acquire it with an Orb of Chance.

However, other Uniques likeDream Fragments,Headhunter,Astramentis, etc. can be obtained with this method.
