What Is Simple Edit?
Simple Editsimplifies buildingby allowing you tomake adjustments with a single button press(the edit input), eliminating the need to manually select individual tiles.
Simple Edit focuses on thespecific section of the structureyourcursor hoversover. For example, if you’re aiming at the center of a wall, pressing the edit button can open a window, or if you’re aiming at the top-right, it might make the structure into a triangle shape.
Repeated presses of the edit input can cycle through shape changes until you achieve your desired design, making it especially helpful if you’re looking to save time during high-pressure moments.
How To Enable And Disable Simple Edit
To enable or disable Simple Edit, you’ll need toaccess the game’s settings.
Start by opening theSettings menuandnavigating to the Game tab. From there, click theBuilding sectionand scroll down until you find the Simple Edit option.Toggle the feature ‘on’ or ‘off’based on your preference. Additionally, you’ll see an option to activateTap To Simple Edit. Enabling this allows you to execute edits with a single tap.
