The Stone Sword is a weapon that you can craft quite early on, and it serves as a decent weapon that allows you to perform several combat actions at the cost of momentum. Here’s how you can craft your first Stone Sword. After that, you’ll be able to take on the mushroom enemies with ease.
How To Craft A Stone Sword
To craft a stone sword, you’ll need a workbench. You canset up a workbench anywhereby going to the build menu and navigating to the home tab. From there, you can select the workbench andplace it for five pieces of woodin your inventory.
If you’ve already built a workbench, head over to it and open the crafting menu. From there, you’ll need the following items to craft a Stone Sword:
How To Obtain
1x Rope
The rope can be crafted with two pieces of Mykter Fibre, which can be obtained by defeating the mushroom enemies on any corrupted island. You can craft rope even without a workbench by going to your inventory and then switching to the crafting tab.
3x Sharp Stone
Similar to the rope, the Sharp Stone can be crafted even without a workbench and requires two regular stones.
1x Wood
Wood can be gathered by chopping the trees with an axe. You can also collect the branches from the trees and that will add wood to your inventory.
After you’ve crafted a Stone Sword, you can head to your inventory and equip it. A sword can serve many purposes. Later on, you can furtherenhance your weapon at the upgrade station, such as enhancing its sharpness temporarily or coating your weapon with fungicide, which will be required to access some necessary areas as you progress.
