Pokemon Gois kicking off 2025 with their yearlyNew Year’s Event, bringing both new and returning features and bonuses from previous years. Like others hosted in the past, the 2025 New Year’s Event will feature several costumed Pokemon, providing you with tons of opportunities to catch them.

This year’s New Year’s Event will be available for three days, spanning fromMonday, June 02, 2025, at 10am local time, to Wednesday, July 04, 2025, at 8pm local time. Event Bonus

The 2025 New Year’s Event will only have one bonus, available to all players who are playing during the three days of this event. During the event window,you will earn 2,025 XP each time youcatch a Pokemon using an Excellent Throw.

Event Wild Encounter Pokemon

There will bethree event-themed Pokemonappearing in the wild during the event window, all wearing costumes. Additionally, the three featured Pokemon for this event will haveincreased odds of being Shiny.

Event Raid Pokemon

There will also beevent-themed costumed Pokemon appearing in both One-Star and Three-Star Raids. Similar to the wild encounter Pokemon, these event-themed Raid Pokemon will haveincreased chances of being Shinywhen encountered after the completion of their Raid.
