A strange, giant monster has appeared on theFortnitemap, causing destruction, and this situation demands immediate attention. That’s where you come in - your task is to investigate what’s happening to the east side of the map and uncover the source of the chaos. With Godzilla now in the game, this means a brand-new set of quests is available.

The Godzilla Quest series has three parts, with each part featuring multiple challenges that you may complete to earn additional XP. If you need help completing these quests, this guide will walk you through them.

How To Complete Every Nyanja Quest

Investigate The Footprints

Strange footprints have appeared on the map, and you are tasked withinvestigating the area to the east.All you need to do is land inShattered Span. As you glide, you’ll spotgiant footprints on the ground.

Land in one of these footprints, andthe quest will be completed.

Damage Opponents From One Story Above Or Higher

The second quest in the Godzilla tab requires you todamage opponents from one story above or higher, which can be a bit tricky since the game doesn’t explain exactly what this means.

The easiest way to complete this quest is bylanding at Seaport City and getting onto one of the building rooftops. Grab an assault rifle, then scout the area for enemies. You simply need todeal 120 damage to enemies while you’re upto complete the task.

This can be done atany location or building with a rooftop, but Seaport City is a great option since it has plenty of buildings and attracts many players.

Find Monarch’s Secrets

This quest requires you tolocate three secrets of Monarchand to do so; you’ll need to investigateone of three locations.

Our location of choice is theKappa Kappa Factory. Here, you’ll need to interact with three different items:

These aren’t the only items available to investigate, but when you’re near one, you’ll seean icon with an exclamation mark, which will indicate the location of the object you need to interact with.

Travel Distance While Airborne

This quest is easy to complete, as you can do it right after youland from the battle bus and open your glider.

It should naturally get completed as you play the game.

Place Kaiju Detection Beacons

The final mission in the Nyanja quest series requires you toplace Kaiju detection beacons in two different locations.

If you check the quest markers on the map, you’ll seefour possible locationswhere you can place one of these beacons, one in each corner of the map. However,you only need to place two.

We recommend the ones on the east side of the map(Northeast of Shattered Span and Southeast island of Hopeful Heights), as they are relatively close to each other and can be completed quickly.

How To Complete Every Hope Quest

Place Godzilla Evacuation Shelter Signs

This part is crucial to inform everyone about the arrival of the giant monster, Godzilla. Your task is toplace four Godzilla evacuation shelter signs at two different locations.

Acquire Godzilla’s Medallion By Doing The Most Damage To Him

With today’s update,the Godzilla portal has a chance to appear in a random location on the map. Thefirst player to enter it will transform into the formidable Godzilla.

This player will havea large health pool and powerful abilities, so you’ll need to team up with others to defeat them. However,not everyone will be friendly, and there’s a chance some players won’t cooperate, sostay alert.

For this challenge,all you need to do is deal the most damage to Godzilla in order to acquire Godzilla’s Medallion.

Even if you were not the highest damage player, other people can pick up the medallion. It will still reveal their locations, just like any other medallion.

So you can track them down, defeat them, and pick it up yourself to complete the quest.

At the Godzilla Portal, you’ll findseveral Monarch drops that you may interact with. Looting these hasa chance to give you either a Quad Launcher or a Rail Gun.

While you may still acquire these weapons from looting chests in the game, the chance is much lower.

Once you have one of these weapons, all you need to do ishit Godzilla ten times with either oneto complete the challenge.

Hit Godzilla On His Weak Spots To Acquire Godzilla’s Fragments

In case you didn’t know, Godzilla has weak spots, and the easiest one to target is thepink line along his back.

Shooting these spots willdeal critical damageandoccasionally drop Godzilla’s Fragmentsthat you can pick up and consume.

If you consume a fragment, you’ll gain the ability to dash forward, giving you an advantage in combat.

Dash Using Fragment

This is the direct follow-up quest to the previous one, as it only requires you touse the dash obtained from consuming Godzilla’s Fragmentsand performthree dashes.

Search Monarch Supply Drop

There aretwo waysto get your hands on Monarch Supply Drops.

All you have to do isloot two of themand this quest will be complete, but be careful of the nearby players.

How To Complete Every Godzilla Quest

Send Opponents Flying With Godzilla’s Stomp

Unlike the previous part of the quest, this set requires you tobe the first to enter the Godzilla Portal and transform into the mighty monster.

Keep in mind thatthe portal does not appear in every matchand hasa low chance of spawning. Additionally,its location is random.

Stay cautious, as other players will also be trying to reach the portal, so be prepared for a heated fight.

Now, for the first challenge, you need touse Godzilla’s Mighty Stomp ability on players, which willautomatically send them flying.

You need to do thisfive timesin order to complete the task.

Destroy Structures Using Godzilla’s Heat Ray

For the second challenge, you need touse Godzilla’s Heat Ray ability to destroy structures.

Your abilities do not have a cooldown, so you don’t need to worry about waiting for them to recharge.

This can be any building at all, including the environment as well.

Roar As Godzilla

The last challenge is quite simple - you only need touse Godzilla’s third ability, the Roar. This abilityreveals any nearby players, so just use it once, and you’re good to go.

For each separate challenge in this guide,you’ll earn 25,000 XP.

Deal Explosive Damage

You don’t even have to be Godzilla to complete this quest, as it only requiresdealing any type of explosive damage.

The easiest way to do so is byheading to any nearby gas station and blowing it up and the cars there.

Damage Players As Godzilla

This is quite simple; all you have to do istarget players and damage them with one of your abilities.

You can useRoar to reveal any nearby playersand thenshoot them using the Heat Ray. However, if there are players close by,the Stomp will do the jobas well.

Damage Vehicles

The easiest way to complete this challenge is bytargeting a gas station, asthere is always a vehicle guaranteed to be there.

All you have to do is attack itusing the Heat Ray ability. You’ll probably require to fully destroy two vehicles to complete this challenge.
