Quick Links
You have traversed the many realms ofFantasian Neo Dimension, and have finally found your way to the God Realm. This is the final area of the game, and is not exceptionally long as a result. It’s by no means easy though.
The God Realm is filled with many oddities, including simulations of the other realms. These make up the bulk of the God Realm and its challenges. This is the last stop before Jas, so let’s get started.
Navigating The Simulated Realms
Shortly after entering the God Realm, you are blocked, needing todefeat the bosses that lie at the end of each simulationfirst. The party gets split here as well between three realms. Here is the order:
The Dimengeon is also deactivated here, meaning you have to battle every foe you come across. As such, you’ll probably want to get through this place pretty quickly. That requires constantly jumping between all three simulated realms though, gathering items in each to help traverse the next. We start in the Human Realm, so let’s go from there.
Walking ahead, you’ll find an item between two cliffs. Head up the hill, and you’ll findsome cablesresting between another set of cliffs. Head to the post and go to the Chaos Realm.
Head forward to find aslabresting between two hills. Then cross the ravine with the newly-placed cables to find even morecables. Now head to the Machine Realm.
Walk ahead on the slab to find awooden plank. That’s all here for now, so return to the Human Realm.
Cross over the log and findtwo Whetstonesin a chest. Proceed ahead from this hill to find anotherslablying between two cliffs ahead. Now head back to the Machine Realm.
Climb up all the ladder and then cross the slab to the right to find a set ofcablesbeside the new realm-swapping post. Head further left and climb down the last ladder to find some morecables. Climb back up and travel south, then left again to find alog.
Now go back to the Chaos Realm.
Head up the hill and cross to the left to find a wooden log, andDeus Augitein a chest. proceed left of that to find a new realm-swapping post and aslab. Now return to the Human Realm.
Here we’re going back up the original hill and crossing left to find anotherslab. Now jump back to the Machine Realm.
Head back to the beginning of the area and cross over the slab to pick up awooden log, and twoOrder Motesin a chest. Back to the Human Realm.
Travel to the left to find a slab by the new realm-swapping post, and then cross the placed log to findDeus Augitein a chest. Now back to the Machine Realm.
Head down to the lowest level and cross to the right to findanother item. Now head on back to the Chaos Realm. Mostly there now.
Cross over from the post to find awooden login a chaos lake. Travel south to findtwo pieces of Chaos Clayin a chest, and further south to find a new post, and aslabsouth of it. Back to the Human Realm again.
Head across the hill with the newly-placed log, and go further south until you find aslabon a hill. Head further down now to find another post and aset of cables. Now to the Machine Realm for a treasure, or the Chaos Realm for the next item.
Cross over from where you picked up the last item you picked up to find a chest withDeus Augiteinside.
Cross the gap from the post to find awooden logaround the corner. Back to the Human Realm again.
Head to the space between the two hills with a newly-placed log to find anotherset of cables. Final steps now. Back to the Chaos Realm.
Cross over the new set of cables to find aslab, then head to the Machine Realm. Head left of the Save Point to find awooden log, then go to the Human Realm. This allows us to reach a finalslab. Now everyone can reach their respective bosses.
you’re able to do them in any order you see fit, but we challenged theHuman, Machine, and Chaos Realmbosses in that order.
If you want to change everyone’s equipment, you will have tounequip them in their respective realmssince the party is separated.
Beating The Bosses Of The Simulated Realms
How To Beat God’s Compass
The first of the bosses is God’s Compass. Thankfully, all three bosses are mechanically simpler and don’t deal absurd amounts of damage sinceyou can’t alter your party composition at all. That also means you have to use more specific strategies.
To start, equip status ailment nullification items here, likeCrystal Quartz, Holy Beltand so on. This boss loves castingBerserkand other status ailments on the party, so it’s great to have that worry removed right off the bat.
The gimmick for this boss are their many faces, whichthey will rotate each turn. They all have a unique effect, dealing fire, dark, and holy damage, with the green and yellow masks healing the boss and casting berserk respectively. All of them can be countered with their weaknesses.
At first, the boss willtake only a single point of damage, though each time you destroy all of its masks, it will start taking more damage. By time you’vedestroyed all of its masks twice, it will be taking the normal amount of damage, letting you finish it off in no time.
A solid tactic to follow is todestroy every mask but the yellow one. It can only deal Berserk, stopping the boss from attacking almost entirely. They cannot restore the masks until all of them are destroyed. It will still be able to perform its powerfulJudgment of Godability, though this can be easily mitigated with a Barrier and some healing.
How To Beat God’s Hand
This boss is the simplestof the lot here, likely because you only have two party members. Though as usual, Ez will be acting as support whilePrickle picks up the mantle of primary attackerthis time around.
God’s Hand, who looks delightful, is pretty simple. They attack with a physical strike, or use Holy. And that’s it. They swap between different modes, such as defensive and offensive, which alters their base attack and defense. Sometimes they’llsummon some pretty weak enemies.
If the Holy damage the boss deals is a bit much, you canequip some Diamondsto reduce it.
It’s genuinely quite simple.Bounce Fieldis pretty helpful to get the most damage out of Plasma, whilePlasmashould also be your go-to skill for the summoned enemies too. Ez’s damage is pretty weak, and his grenade damage is too low to really have much impact here.
How To Beat God’s Weapon
This is easilythe hardest of the bunch, though mostly because there are no dedicated support characters for it. Everyone has a small degree of healing they can use, though it’s hard to justify using up the turn. As such, designate one character, such asZinikr, as the healerfor this fight as he will mostly be a tank rather than a damage-dealer anyway.
This fight is split into two phases, though the first is exceptionally fast. The boss casts a 20-hit barrier on each of their weapons, while its centre is undefended. After the centre is destroyed, they no longer cast barriers, though they alsorestore the centre to full HPagain.
At this point, you may start attacking the weapons. Both use different attacks, though you’ll want tofocus on the left one first. It has a move calledRock Breakerthat hits all three party members at once, and it deals pretty severe damage, too. Make sure toCrush it with Valrikathe first chance you get, then focus all your damage on it.
The right weapon has an ability calledBreak Shot and Random Shot, though these can both be focused on Zinikr (mostly) with the use ofTaunt. You want to attract all the damage towards Zinikr so Valrika and Tan have as much time as possible to attack.
The only other major move they have isGlare of Petrification, so make sure to equip items to prevent this as it is devastating to lose even a single member during this fight. That’s all there is to it otherwise. Once all three parts are destroyed, the boss is defeated.
Defeating God’s Predator
Finally free from the Simulated Realms, you canexplore the Sanctum proper. It’s a pretty linear area, though it is packed with God Chests. These require God Keys, which are only found on Orblings in Shangri-La, so come back for them later if you want them.
These chests contain:
Now save and heal up, because we’re about the face the penultimate boss of the game -God’s Predator.
This is a challenging boss, though one that is pretty manageable if you set yourself up right. They like to inflict both Elemental Resist Down and Petrification, so giving yourself an immunity to these is essential to making this fight easier.
As always, Ez will be providing support while Cheryl uses herConcentrate-Double Charge-Darkness Strikecombo to win. She can deal an absurd amount of damage to this boss very quickly, so make sure she’s healed up so she doesn’t have to waste any turns setting up her combo again.
God’s Predator has a few moves to look out for. The first isDraw Forth, where they summon a bunch of enemies. Prioritise defeating them, as the boss takes a bit of a break after this, giving you time to damage them. The other isConsume, where they steal a massive portion of your HP, and restore that exact amount to themselves.
The real move to look out for isInsert, when they shove a party member underground. There is no defense against this, and that party member is out-of-commission for the next few turns. Once they return, they won’t have taken any damage, but they will be petrified if they don’t have an immunity.
Outside of their Radiance attack, they’ll just repeat this pattern. With a high weakness to Darkness,Cheryl can have them defeated in no time. After this, you’re free to go no to challenge Jas, the final boss of the game.
