Every element in Elemental Dungeons onRobloxbehaves a bit differently. If you’ve played the game, you’ve experienced this first hand, with different elements offering different play-styles and move-sets. With most elements having up to five abilities, if you don’t like the play-style, you’d need to change elements in order to try new ones.
Awakened elements aim to fix this, as awakening elements gives you a new way to play the element you have already mastered. In this guide, we aim to explain how awakenings work and where you can awaken your elements in Elemental Dungeons. Without further ado, let’s explain what they are first.
What Is Elemental Awakening?
Awakening elements lets youchange the abilitiesof certain elements from the ones that you already have tonewer, more powerful ones.
The new awakened abilities aren’t necessarily a direct upgrade to the damage the ability can dish out, though that is par for the course, and instead, they arenewer versions of attacks you already had.
Each ability needs to beupgraded separately, and doing this takes a lot of time and resources.
Elemental awakening is recommendedonly for very high-level players, and only when you’ve secured that the element you’re awakening isworth the cost, as progress counts foreach element separately.
The steps required to awaken the elements are:
Where To Find A Key
Keys can be eithercrafted, or purchased with gold. You can only hold up to two keys at a time.
Crafting a keycan be done atthe Handy Gorilla, who is in the town area right next to the spawn.
Each key requiresElement Essence, which you obtain when you sell elements, anda collection of itemsyou can gather from dungeons.
The items required vary from element to element, and depend on the rarity of the element.
A far easier way to get keys, arguably, is tobuy them with goldfrom the laboratory. If you have an excess of items, by all means do use them to craft the keys, but otherwiseyou can skip to the next step in this guide, which leads us to the laboratory.
How To Get To The Laboratory
From the town, you need togo up the hill above the stairs on the right. You’ll find an old mine with three houses, with the far left one having particles coming from the entrance.
Upon entering that house, you’ll be at the laboratory entrance, and on the left, you’ll seea garage door with a keypad. The code here is0421, so enter it and head down the stairs.
In the next room, you’ll seeanother doorwith another keypad. The code is1337for this one, and after crossing it, you’ll be at the laboratory.
In this room, you can find the Raid Merchant whosells keys for gold, as mentioned previously. The prices are steep but are intended for late-game players.
Beating The Raid Boss
For this, we recommendfilling out all the player slotsin the Raid area. These bosses are some of the toughest in the game, soprepare high-tier gear.
If you may, try gettingat least one Angel useron your team, as the healing is next to essential for this fight.
Only the host needs to possess a key, and everyone joining the raid can just fill the slots. The level requirement for every member is the same, however, and they can be seen when setting up the raid.
In the boss fight, try to stick to your healerif you have one, andrely on your elementfirst and foremost. Dodging attacks is crucial here, so keep an eye out.
Once he’s dead, don’t leave the arena, as this is when the Awakening Merchant spawns.
Purchasing Awakened Abilities
The merchant will let you purchase an awakened abilityfor 2,000 Raidium per ability, which you can earn by beating Raid Bosses.
Abilities are awakenedin the order you unlocked them, with mastery.
Once you’ve awakened an ability, it willautomatically be swappedwith its awakened counterpart.
To swap between regular and awakened abilities, in the Shop menu, you’ll see theElemental God menu. Here, you may see every element you’ve unlocked, so find the one you’re interested in andswap the abilitiesas you see fit.
