Summary

Eagled-eyedGrand Theft Autofans have realised thatRockstar Gameshas unpinned the reveal trailer forGTA 6from its YouTube page, sparking hope that we might see something new soon.

When Rockstar Games finally revealedGrand Theft Auto 6 to the world this time last year with a release date set for 2025, fans thought that we’d be getting pretty consistent updates about its progress. In fact, there have been about amillion theories about when we’d get new screenshots or the illustrious Trailer 2.

As we all know, though, that isn’t the case at all. More than one year after GTA 6’s reveal trailer debuted last December,Rockstar has shown and told diddly squat about one of the biggest games of all time. That’s left fans to fend for any scrap of detail, something that’s been very 50/50 over the last few months -well, following the recent Vice City tease in GTA Online, we have another concrete thing to look at.

GTA 6 Trailer 1 Is No Longer Pinned On Rockstar’s YouTube Channel

As spotted by Redditor Affectionate-Mode766 on the GTA 6 subreddit, Rockstar Games' YouTube channel has undergone a strange change over the last few days. While the reveal trailer for GTA 6 has been pinned at the top of the channel for almost all of 2024,it’s suddenly been removed shortly after the year anniversary.

As is always the case when it comes to potential news about GTA 6, we’re left wondering what exactly it all means. It could just be a YouTube glitch or the pin expiring on Rockstar’s channel, but that seems a little boring. The most interesting possible outcome is that Rockstar has deliberately unpinned the reveal trailer to make way for something new like a second trailer.

It could also just be one of many teases from Rockstar, who is surely aware that its every move is being watched by fanswho are hopeful for Trailer 2 somehow making it out of 2024. We won’t know for sure until something more concrete happens, but it is an interesting development if you’re as excited as most GTA fans.
