Development of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad was first confirmed in 2022. It’s unclear what the exact premise will be, but we’re told that we have to get the support of the great houses, so we’ll likely be uniting Westeros against a threat beyond the wall. With that in mind, we’ll have to wait and see if it follows the story of the source material, or deviates so give players more to play around with.
Right now, it looks like many viewers were interested in the premise, but were disappointed to be reminded that it’s targeting a mobile release. We’ll have to wait and see if it makes its way to further platforms either at launch or beyond.
