WhileFantasian Neo Dimensionis a fairly linear affair for the first Act, after you reach the end of Act 1, you unlock a new mechanic - Growth Maps. These are Fantasian’s version of skill trees, allowing every character to be customised more freely.

Each character unlocks their respective Growth Map once they are returned to the party, though they don’t have full access from the very beginning. There are some nodes that are locked. Well here’s how to unlock them all.

An SP Capsule highlighted alongside each character in fantasian neo dimension.

What Is The Growth Map?

The Growth Map is a relatively simple concept. It is a skill tree, unique to each character. It only unlocks in Act 2, and after each characters gains their respective Divine Artifact. This lets them gain a bunch more unique skills, passives, and stat boosts, letting you fine-tune a party of your own.

The Growth Map can also becompletely refunded free-of-chargeas many times as you want.

Fantasian Neo Dimension Kina Growth Map.

With each level up,characters gain SP used to purchase skills. This is initially three SP per level, though increases to six SP at later levels. If you’re just a few SP short of a skill you want, you can use SP Capsules to give characters a permanent two extra SP points. Keep in mind that these cannot be refunded, and SP Capsules are finite.

Every Skill In Each Character’s Growth Map

Leo

Leo is ourjack-of-all-trades, having a little bit of everything going on. That said, the majority of his abilities are focused around his offensive skills, though you can build him more around evasive abilities and stealing, if you want. Here are all of his skills:

Fight and Steal

Solar Flare and Concentrate

Solar Flare and ATK Up

Causes all enemies to attack Leo.

Revenge

Lets Leo deal more damage to the last enemy that attacked him.

Desperation

Increases attack power but lowers defense.

Samidare is easily Leo’s most powerful move, and the one you want to invest your upgrades in first. Blade Break is another essential skill, as well as the associated boosts to increase attack and defense down turns.

Kina

Kina is the healer of the party, and is fairly limited in terms of attacks. That said, she can perform just about every healing and support ability in the game, making her essential in particularly difficult battles. Let’s take a look at her skills:

Miracle and Regen

Miracle and Cure All

Miracle and Super Heal

Cure and HP

A chance of restoring some HP while using Cure

Heal and Regen

Resist and HP

Barrier and Regen

Revive and Barrier

Radiance

A more powerful version of Holy.

Resurrection is one of Kina’s most powerful skills, as being able to revive an ally to full HP, and possibly even give them a Barrier, is a massive help. And while many of her other skills are helpful as well, her Tension skill, Miracle, is one of the most powerful in the game. verify to invest in all of its upgrades.

Cheryl

Despite coming off as the self-assured princess, Cheryl has good reason to do so.She is far and away the most powerful party member in the game, and will be essential in taking down just about every late-game boss. Here are all her skills:

AB. Zero and ATK Down

AB. Zero and DEF Down

Fight and MP 1

Fight and MP 2

Blizzard Strike

A more powerful version of Ice Strike.

Where we want to focus with Cheryl is on offense.Double Charge, Concentrate, Support Charge, Counter, Blizzard and Darkness Strike, her Tension skill. Everything is complimentary to that.

Zinikr

Zinikr is our foremost tankin the party. While both Leo and Kina can Guard and Taunt as well, Zinikr is the only one with the defense to back it up. Let’s check out his skills:

Meteor and DEF Up

Meteor and ATK Up

Damages an enemy and decreases their defense.

Damages an enemy and delays their turn.

Gaia Strike

More powerful version of Earth Strike.

Safe Taunt is the most useful tool in Zinikr’s kit, and pairing it with DEF Counter and Heavy Counter, you can deal some heavy damage before it’s even his turn. Beyond that, Concentrate, Radiance and Gaia Strike, and Double Charge are very helpful to have to boost the damage he deals to those taunted enemies.

Ez

Ez is the most unique of all the party members, acting more like a Machinistthan more traditional classes. He doesn’t use MP at all, making use of your crafting materials instead. That’s where all his skills fall as well, letting you use your crafting materials for even more uses.

Adds a second jewel slot.

Infinite Loop

Ez’s Tension skill, which grants him multiple turns in a row.

Grenades hit in a wider circle.

Bounce Field

Creates an area that makes piercing attacks rebound for multiple hits.

Increases the healing effect of All Potion S and L.

Increases the frequency of enemy item drops.

Half MP

Lets the chosen character use half the MP for all their moves.

Pay money to gain a random assortment or crafting materials.

Rare Item Steal+

Increases the chance of stealing a rare item.

For Ez, there are lots of essentials.Quick All, All Potion L, All Potion +, Attack and Defense Turns+. But more important than any of them is Infinite Loop. Ez’s Tension skill can have a party on the brink of defeat brought to full HP and buffed to infinity in just a few turns. Ez is a mainstay of the party once you get him.

Prickle

Prickle acts as a secondary support unit to Kina. While he doesn’t have quite as much support diversity as her,he can hold his own in a battle. Here are his skills:

Increases damage dealt by Fight

Adds a second jewel slot

Tempest and Quick

Tempest and Barrier

A chance of casting Barrier after being attacked.

Mega Barrier

A barrier that absobrs a set amount of damage instead of number of hits.

Frenzy (Ltng)

A Lightning version of Frenzy.

Getting some extra support moves, such asBarrier All and Heal Allare a massive help, but it’s worth getting Counter Barrier too to give Prickle some extra survivability. Frenzy is actually worth investing in though, as all those shots will all be directed at a single enemy if there’s only one. Give Prickle some extra accuracy andFrenzycan be a real powerhouse.

Valrika

Valrika is quite a diverse character, coming with quite a lot of offensive abilities but also lots to debuff enemies as well. She’s all about crowd control, whether you have her in an offensive or support role. Let’s check out her skills:

Dark Matter and Curse

Dark Matter and Barrier Break

Dispel and Curse

May cast Curse when using Dispel

Slow (piercing)

Dispel (piercing)

Cure and Hp

Arrow Rain Hit 2

Further increases hits in Arrow Rain.

First and Foremost, you want to getArrow Rain Hit 1 and 2, as this is easily her most powerful move and can deal obscene damage. Pair this withMP Attack, and Valrika becomes entirely self-sufficent, regaining more MP than she uses.Counter Break and Crushare great as well to keep up debuffs on the enemy, while Cursed Voice lets a whole host of enemies be afflicted at once.

Tan

Tan is the definition of a glass cannon, dealing immense damage, but sapping it himself with the majority of his skills. He’s a careful act of managing HP, but can be obscenely powerful when built right. Let’s see the skills:

Jetstream and Poison

Jetstream and Slow.

Sap an enemy’s Hp and restore it to Tan.

Defense Up (Solo)

Increases Tan’s defense when he’s the only member in the party.

Recover from status ailments faster.

Bad Sit DMG+

Increases Tan’s damage when he is the only member in the party.

Inflicts Curse on a single enemy.

Mystery Potion

Increases attack, defense, and speed, but inflicts Poison and Curse on Tan.

Increases the damage dealt by Galf Slash.

Break (Adolfo)

A chance for Adolfo Impact to reduce the defense of struck enemies.

A chance to inflict Poison on hit enemies.

Rudy Strike

Deals massive damage to a single enemy in exchange for HP.

Slow (Rudy)

Rudy Strike has a chance of casting Slow.

We want to build Tan to beas evasive as possible, so Desperation Evade and Phantom are great here.Adolfo Impact and Rudy Strikeare a given, as well as their respective upgrades.Mystery Potionis Tan’s more powerful skill, and pairing it with aCrystal Quartzremoves every downside. Equip a Morganite L to get back HP with each kill, letting him survive that much longer.
