Summary
UFLis trying to rival EA Sports FC’s Ultimate Team mode by being free-to-play and providing more agency to players over who they have in their teams. Rather than getting players from packs, you use CP to buy the precise players you want. However, some of them are very expensive.
For a while, you’ll be focusing on buying mid-level players who can improve your team but won’t break the bank. They’ll usually cost between ten and 15 million CP and be between 70 and 75 rated. To be able to afford the Bellingham and Messi cards in UFL, you’re going to have to play hundreds of games. But what are the best players to pick up early in UFL?

If you’re looking for areasonably priced striker to buy, you can’t do much better than Konate. With 86 pace, he’ll stay out of reach of most defenders when running towards goal. Also, having well-rounded dribbling, 79 finishing, and a 4/5 weak-foot means he’ll be good with the ball at his feet.
He’s only let down by poor passing and his price, which is certainly on the high side for players of a similar rating. If you can afford him, he’ll be a good addition.

Emegha is great because of his well-rounded stats. With 82 pace, he’s fast enough, and his 81 strength will ensure he’s able to shrug off defenders when playing online oragainst friends. Also, with 85 composure and a 5/5 weak-foot, he’ll be lethal in front of goal.
He also helps if you’re someone who plays with the ball in the air, or focuses on crosses from out wide. At 195 cm tall, he’s a big guy, so he will be a huge threat in the air and at corners.

In UFL, pace is vital in your attackers no matterwhat formation you use. Since there’s often a lot of space behind full backs and lofted through balls are powerful, you’ll need pace to take advantage.
Thankfully, Sulemana has 91 pace and over 80 composure if you’re looking for a pace-merchant winger. However, he’s let down by just 53 finishing and a 3/5 weak foot. He’ll mostly be useful for getting behind the defense and cutting the ball back to someone who’s more likely to score.

If you’re looking for a winger who’s cheaper and more well-rounded than the faster options, but still fast enough to get behind defenses, Sima is perfect.
He has better shooting, strength, and dribbling stats than a lot of other right wing options. He simply doesn’t have the lightning pace you may be after for your team.

Gomes is perfect if you’re looking for a well-rounded option in central midfield. He’s small and only has a two-star weak foot, but you won’t find many better options for the more forward-thinking player in a midfield two or three.
He has good pace, passing, and dribbling stats, 84 awareness, and 89 composure. Therefore, he’ll be good when being put under pressure in midfield. He’ll find passes other players wouldn’t be able to do.

Anyone who has played EA Sports FC or FIFA over the years knows how overpowered Sissoko is. He’s tall, strong, has high stamina, and well-rounded technical stats.
If you’re looking for someone who’s going to run the midfield and bully the opposition, you’re not going to find anyone better for around ten million CP. The only downsides are his 2/5 weak-foot and relative clunkyness on the ball.

Aidoo is on the expensive side for low-rated defenders. However, with 83 sprint speed and 87 strength, he’s one of the best options you can spend your hard-earned CP on.
He’s only let down by his low heading stat, which means he won’t be very useful when defending corners. He’s also only got a 2/5 weak-foot, so he will be poor when passing to one side of the pitch.
10,500,000
While a lot of attacks come down the wings in UFL, you’ll need strong CBs to defend corners and counter-attacks. Tuanzebe is the best budget option you can get on the transfer market.
He has 80 pace, 82 strength, and really high defensive positioning. However, he’s let down a little by low technical stats and just a 1/5 week foot. Simply try to get rid of the ball as soon as possible when it falls to him.

If you’re someone who plays through their full backs regularly, or has them focus on defending rather than attacking, you’ll want a well-rounded left back in your team. Wijndal has 81 pace, on top of defending and physical stats above 70.
Also, with 88 stamina and good passing stats, he’ll be able to continue working closely with your left-winger. you may use his good passing to regularly send lofted through balls to your wingers to race through on goal.
Since wingers need to be fast, you also need fast full backs. The fastest right back at a reasonable price in Spence, who has 91 acceleration. Even though he has low defending, his pace means he can recover quickly anyway.
He also has 83 stamina, meaning he can run up and down the touchline constantly without getting too tired. Just make sure he doesn’t get caught at the back post, because his heading stat is too low to really compete.
