Summary
Supervivedoes a great job diversifying its gameplay byintroducing a wide array of hunters, abilities, consumables, and power-ups to encourage unique combinations. Speaking of power-ups, a common yet life-saving item you’re able to equip during a match are Powers, which provide several key bonuses like enhanced firepower, movement speed, sight, and even new abilities like teleportation.
You can equip up to two Powers at a time, either rechargeable (Active) or active nonstop throughout the match (Passive). Generally, you’ll want to pick up the first one you see, but swapping out for stronger options becomes commonplace the more you kill and loot. With a massive roster of 77 Powers, there’s clearly no shortage of choices, but a few standout choices definitely take priority.
8Replicate
Rarity: Exotic
Although Replicate has some fairly niche uses, it can bea blessing when you find yourself in front of elite loot. Duplicating any dropping coins, health potions, Legendary armor, exotic Powers, and other similar treasures is just as powerful as it sounds.
You should preferably have this Power equipped when you’reeither on an extremely rewarding quest or hacking a vault. Since there’s a good chance you’ll find a high-caliber item, doubling it with Replicate gives your teammate a complementary benefit. When you’re at the endgame, where it often boils down to gear rarity, this ability can be a huge deciding factor.
Duplicating high-rarity items like exotic equipment or a Legendary Armor will remove this Power from your inventory!
7Touch Of Mana
Rarity: Rare
The last thing you want in a Supervive match is to be the last person standing, and when your team has a proper healer, the Touch of Life is a solid asset. With its abilityto stack up with each teammate who has it equipped, you can potentiallyheal your whole squad by 60 percent.
Of course, this Power has a core requirement —your teammates must stay close at all times. While this isn’t a major thing for someone like Shrike, Shiv, or Joule, it’s aconsiderable limiting parameter for close-range hunters. Fortunately, you can bypass this restriction by using teleporting or hook-like mechanics, like Kingpin’s grabor Void’s swap.
6Delicate Disguise
Invisibility can be an overpowering techniquein the hands of certain hunters, like Hudson,Shrike, and Felix. Among the Powers that offer this utility, none do it as well as Delicate Disguise, which is much more versatile. Not only is itridiculously easy to trigger, but it does so at a time when you want it the most — before facing an enemy.
This Power has, by far,the highest success rate for catching opponents off-guard. You can even trigger itwhile running away from enemiesby constantly healing yourself. If you are a close-range hunter, this is the ideal tool for you.
5Two-Way Teleporter
Rarity: Epic
There are a few good reasons why the Two-Way Teleporter hasone of the most constraining cooldowns of any non-exotic Power. Because you’re transporting yourself and everything within each portal, you can teleport things like chests, death boxes, resurrection beacons, and even other playersto any part of the map.
The more creative you are, the better it gets — you can set up a teleporter between an area inside and outside the safe zone and, when an enemy is lured in,teleport them somewhere far outside the safe zone. Plays like this are tricky to execute, butthe results are truly mindblowing once you get the hang of it.
After triggering the Two-Way Teleporter, you must wait five seconds before using it.
4Armor Shredder
The Armor Shredder’s ability is as simple as you can get, but this Power isdevastating towards the endgame. Depleting enemy armor five times as quickly, especially with a heavy hitter like Hudson, Joule, or Brall, means you can knock them down within seconds. This isespecially useful if they have high-tier protectionlike Legendary or Rare armor.
The only time when this Power’s effectisn’t abundantly noticeable is when your opponent doesn’t have any armorin the first place. In almost any other scenario, though, this will let you melt through enemy HP. Regarding offense-based Powers, the Armor Shredder has no competition, even outclassing the Tactical Nukes.
3Delicate Barrier
Like any battle royale, there’sa good chance you’ll spot an enemy before they spot youand initiate the fight. With the Delicate Barrier, though, your chances of winning those encounters increase dramatically— having 50 percent damage resistance at full health, which lingers 0.5 seconds after losing that initial HP, is a tremendous advantage for sudden encounters.
This isthe perfect Power for a tank or frontliner, which loses significant HP when trying to reach the opponent. The Delicate Barrierallows you to neglect that initial hurdle, giving you the spacing you were originally seeking.
2Fate Rewinder
The Fate Rewinder isthe exemplar of the term ‘comeback’because of the sheer uses it has. Instantly returning to a state you were five seconds agoenables either a tactical retreat or an ambushfrom a new and unsuspecting position.
What’s fascinating to note is this Power’s low cooldown, letting youpotentially travel several times during an encounter. The Rewinder is lethal in 1v1 scenarios, where you can effortlessly restore a good chunk of HP and, if positioned correctly, appear behind enemies for a swift kill. There’s a multitude of ways to utilize this mechanic, and soits versatility makes it a must-have.
1Power Shuffler
Some players rely on and use their Powers far more frequently than others, and the Power Shuffler shines in that dynamic. If you have an Active Power in a slot, the Power Shufflerensures that its slot is almost always ready.
While there’s a clear RNG aspect —the new Powers you’ll get will be completely random, and potentially even weaker — it becomesincredibly powerful when you have an Active exotic Power. The available pool not only narrows but also significantly increases your chances of rolling high-value abilities. After all, getting Powers like the Mega Cluster Nuke and Replicate essentially for free can be absurd.
