Begin regenerating health more quickly.

Allies revive you faster when you’re downed.

At the time of writing this article, both Reflexes and Veteran are unavailable, leaving you with four perks to choose from. Among these, only two are truly worth your time: Dexterity and Survivor.

Let’s be honest here, you won’t really need Scavenger, as whether you’re playing Battle Royale or Resurgence, you’ll rarely run out of ammo or equipment- especially if you’re constantly engaging in gunfights.

The other perk, Grenadier, isn’t particularly valuable either, andyou can use a better perk that gives you a real advantage.

Survivor

Survivor is our favoritebecause, as you play Warzone, you’ll find yourself constantly in one gunfight after another. With little time to recover, you’ll need to reload weapons and apply armor plates to recover from each engagement before jumping into the next.

This perk accelerates that recovery by helping you regenerate health quickly. Plus, if you get downed (which is bound to happen multiple times in a match),a teammate will be able to revive you faster, allowing you to get back into the fight more quickly.

Dexterity

Dexterity, on the other hand, is also useful. It not onlyreduces fall damage -so you don’t have to worry about flanking or escaping from a high place.

But it also helpsif your playstyle involves a lot of sliding, diving, and jumping, which it should, asitreduces weapon sway, making your shots more accurate and allowing you to land them more effectively.

Best Red Perk To Use

The second perk category includesthe red perks, and this table showcases all of them.

Reduces incoming explosives and fire damage.

Spot enemy equipment and Killstreaks through walls.

Tracker

See enemy footsteps. Bullets you fire briefly mark an enemy for you and your squad.

Undetectable by AI targeting and thermal optics.

Prevents some enemy recon Perks and effects.

Killing enemies or inserting armor plates immediately starts health regeneration.

Can insert armor plates one-handed.

Quick Fix

Look no further than theQuick Fixperk, as it is arguably the best choice in this category for engaging in multiple gunfights and accelerating your recovery after finishing an encounter. Quick Fix allows you tostart health regeneration after killing an enemy or inserting an armor plate.

Imagine you’re low on health but manage to kill an enemy, only to spot their teammate coming toward you and opening fire. With Quick Fix,you can take cover, plate up, and quickly regain health, allowing you to get back into the fightbefore the enemy can retaliate.

Additionally, Quick Fix lets youinsert armor plates with one hand, so you can keep yourweapon ready to hipfirein case things go south.

Sprintermight sound tempting, but let’s be honest: with the dedicated melee weapon now available, you’re able to easily switch to it for an indefinite tactical sprint if you need to move to the circle. It won’t benefit you as much as you’d think.

Trackerremains a solid competitor to Quick Fix. With the ability tosee enemy footsteps, you can track down a low-health enemy trying to escape.

You’ll also be able to tell if they’re leading you to their teammate, which is often the case, sobe cautiousabout always chasing them.

Moreover, if you’re engaging an enemy at a distance, once you land a shot, the enemy will be briefly marked for you and your squad. This means you don’t always have to ping the enemy’s position, andit helps quickly alert your team to stay vigilant.

Reduced movement penalties when reloading or using equipment.

Reload while Tactical Sprinting.

Resolute

Taking damage from gunfire provides a boost to movement speed for a short duration.

Cannot be detected by some devices.

Birdseye

UAVs you call in are 25% larger and show the heading of the enemy for your squad.

Detects players with Ghost.

Tempered

Refill armor plates to full with two plates instead of three.

Sense when enemies are nearby.

Tell when you are being aimed at by the enemy.

The only yellow perks that truly benefit you in gunfights areTemperedandAlertness, and here’s why.

Temperedis self-explanatory. It allows you touse only two armor plates instead of the usual three, but with the same total armor points.

Thiscuts down on the time spent applying that extra plate, letting you get back into the fight faster. Plus,it helps conserve plates, which becomes especially crucial in the last circle when every plate counts.

Alertness

Alertnessis extremely useful for staying aware of your surroundings. Italerts you when an enemy is nearby with a prompt on your screen, making you more cautious and ready for the fight.

Additionally, when moving between positions,a yellow flash at the edge of your screen indicates the direction in which an enemy is aiming. This gives you the advantage of taking cover before you’re even shot, disrupting the enemy’s plans.

Gung-Hois another good perk to consider in specific scenarios. If you run out of ammo and need to retreat, you might have to reload while tactical sprinting.

This perk lets you reload while sprinting, which can be helpful, but its usefulness depends on the situation.
