Time to bring in the new year the same way we saw out the last one inMonopoly Go– with a round of the Firework Frenzy tournament! BetweenJanuary 1 at 1PM ESTandJanuary 3 at 1PM EST, landing on the four Railroad spaces on your Monopoly Go game boards will net you points for Firework Frenzy.
With the New Year’s Treasures event happening right now in Monopoly Go as well, we’ll thankfully be earning a good number of free New Year’s Treasures tokens to use in the first dig event of the year with Sofia’s latest treasure hunt.
How To Earn Rewards In Firework Frenzy
Trying to play along with the Firework Frenzyleaderboard tournament today in Monopoly Go? To participate, you’ll need to try your best toland on any of the Railroad tilesas you roll your way around your Monopoly Go game boards. Shutdowns and Bank Heists both pay out with points for Firework Frenzy, with the value depending on how you score on either minigame. Bank Heist points are doubled today!

If you’ve got enough diceto warrant doing so, you might want to try toincrease your dice multiplierwhen you spin if you’re coming up on a Railroad tile - your score for Firework Frenzy will be multiplied by this number as well, earning you even more points for the same number of minigames played.
Withthe New Year’s Treasures eventcurrently in full swing, regular Monopoly Go players will be unsurprised to find a wealth ofextra New Year’s Treasures tokensthat you can use to progress in this longer-term event. The Firework Frenzy tournament offersmore than 150 extra tokens, with the last of them arriving at milestone 42 out of 50 in this two-day tournament.
Other than that, we’ve got the usual mix of free dice rolls (almost 19,000 of them, to be more precise),flash event triggers, and plenty of cash payouts. We’ve also got plenty ofextra sticker packsin an assortment of colors, including three purple sticker packs at milestones, 45, 48, and 50.
