InPlanet Coaster 2, you’ll encounter various scenarios that test your creative capabilities. From designing custom roller coasters to building the perfect water park, anything is possible when you put your mind to it. As you grow your theme park empire, you’re sure to pick up a few tricks along the way.
In one scenario, you’ll need to acquire farmland to continue expanding your domain. Building from the ground up takes time, and you’ve got plenty of it. We’ll walk you through all the objectives so you can complete the scenario, collect your badges, and continue to progress through the campaign.
Farmland Fiasco Bronze Objectives
When you first arrive on the farm, you actually only own a small piece of the property. Your goal is to eventually own it all, but you’ll need to grow your tiny park into a thriving world of thrills.
Expand Your Park
The first steps are touse your funds to purchase another plotof land. There are atotal of 11 plotsto purchase, and you already own a couple of them.
Your first objective is toown a total of three plotsof land. There are several available thatalready have attractionson them, and there are afew budget-friendly options that will only cost you $1,000instead of $4,000.
Run An Advertising Campaign
Once you purchase your land, it’s time toto spread the word about your park. It will draw more guests in, and more guests translates to more money for you to use!
Therequires you to have aflat ride with at least prestige rating of 700or more.
Select the campaign from the advertising menu, thenrun it at your desired cost. It will continue to run until it reaches 100 percent completion and the number of guests maxes out for that category.
Build New Facilities
The last thing you need to do to earn your bronze badge isbuild and open new facilities. This includes two facilities:a shop and a restroom. Build and place them both in your park so guests can access them.
With that, you’ll earn the bronze badge and be ready to embark on the next set of objectives.
Farmland Fiasco Silver Objectives
With your park now making a name for itself, there’s no time to stop. You’ll have tomake further advancementson your own without much guidance from the objectives menu.
Thankfully, we’ll help you achieve your goals with ease! Below is everything you need to do toobtain the silver badgefor the park.
Own More Land
While you already own three plots of land, you need to up your game.Purchase two more for a total of fiveplots of land to really help your park thrive.
You can purchase any plots you want, but it’s best tobuy Farmer Macolner’s Plot.
If you’re low on funds for purchasing land, try increasing your prices,charge admission to the park, or decrease unpopular ride prices so you can generate more income.
Increase Scenery Rating
With more land in your domain, you’ll want toincrease the scenery rating for the Bumpin' Derby to 9,000. To reach such a high score, you’ll need toplace plenty of decorations aroundthe ride.
Open the scenery menu anduse the blueprint optionsto place prebuilt items. These will greatly increase your score when place. Continue toplace them around until you hit 9,000, then carry on to the next objective.
You canremove excess sceneryafter completing this objective.
Increase Your Park Rating
Now that you’ve made your park more scenic, it’s time to check the overall rating of your park. You need it toreach two starsby increasing your ride prestige, scenery ratings, park reputation and thenumber of unique attractions available.
Flat rides are a great way to increase variety quickly!
It will take a bit of time, but once the park is ready, you’llreceive your silver badgeand be well on your way to completing the scenario!
Farmland Fiasco Gold Objectives
Now that your park is thriving, it’s time to make it shine. Focusing less on attractions and more on operations, you’ll make your park easy to access and profitable by completing these objectives.
Purchase More Plots
By now you should be used to purchasing more land.Obtain another two plots, for a total of eight, to complete this objective and expand your theme park enterprise across the farm.
Build A Transport Ride
With all the land you’ve acquired, your guests will greatly appreciate an easier way to navigate the park.Open your tracked rides menu, then select custom. From there, open the transport menu andselect either the cable car or the bus.
Build a transportation circuit to carry guests across your park. It must beat least 500 meters in length, so be sure to cover a good amount of land. Once the ride is ready, open it up so your guests can easily make their wayfrom one end of the park to the other.
If you have the bus built, verify toadjust the number of buses availableso that you’re able to carry more guests in less time.
Increase Your Daily Income
Lastly, you’ll need toincrease your daily income to over $100,000. To do this, you’ll want to make more money byopening additional shops, increasing ride prices, adding new attractions, and more.
When the day ends, the counter will start over to track the new day! Don’t get discouraged.
With a surplus of income for your park, you’llearn the gold badgeand take pride in your work!
Farmland Fiasco Platinum Objectives
The final set of objectives mostly deals with administrative tasks. From paying your debts to maintaining your park, every one of these last objectives will help you make your park a household name!
Own All Farmland
To complete this objective,purchase any of the remaining landplots in the area. You’ll need toown all 11 to complete this objectiveand continue on with your quest to build the best theme park you can on the farm.
Pay Off Your Loans
After you’ve purchased all the land, it’s time topay off any loans you took out. You may not have any, if you’ve been diligently paying them down, but otherwise you’ll need toopen the finances menu.
Select the loan options andmake a payment. Once the balance is zero and you’ve paid it all off, you’re in the clear.
Keep Up With Maintenance
The next step is ensuring that all of your rides are up to date on their maintenance.Hire additional mechanicsto handle the workload, as you’ll need all attractions to beabove 80 percent on average.
Without maintenance, rides break down. You canuse the staff scheduleto manage every minute of an employee’s day or you can simply schedule emergency repairs until the problem is dealt with.
Raise Your Park Rating
Finally, get yourpark rating above four and a half stars. Keep the paths and bathrooms clean, the ride queues short, and your staff and guests happy to ensure your rating goes up.
Once it does, you’ve completed every challenge presented to you. You’ll beawarded with the platinum badgeand can move on to another scenario!
