InInfinity Nikki, there are plenty of events to participate in, but nothing is quite like the extravagant festival meant to ring in the New Year. With lanterns, fire crackers, and fabulous outfits, what’s not to love? All new quests and games are available for a limited time, so make sure to have fun before the event ends!
We’ve outlined all you can do in the event and how to get it done so you can claim your rewards and celebrate in style with Nikki and Momo. Here’s everything you need to know about the New Bloom Festival in Miraland!

Listening To The Echoes Of The Past Quest Walkthrough
For this event, you’ll get tomeet Du Yubaiin Florawish. She’s a musician from the Linlang Empire visiting Wishfield for the first time. However, when you arrive at the wharf, it seems thatshe’s gone missing.
What follows is a frantic search for the virtuososouth of the Bug Song Hills. Once you find hersurrounded by esselings, you’ll need to fight them off. From there, you’ll learn her true purpose for coming to Wishfield and slipping away.
Meet Du Yubai at the Mayor’s Residence in Florawish to continue the search for her ancestor’s long-lost friend!
While the story Du Yubai tells you happened over 800 years ago, the descendants of Markstill live in Florawish. You’ll need tosearch out three peoplerelated to one of the Marks that resided in Florawish all those centuries prior. Below are their names and where you’ll find them:
After speaking with each of the descendants, you’ll meet with Du Yubaiatop the Dream Warehouseto release the paper crane and fulfill her wish. Finally, meet back at the White Jade in the wharf towatch Du Yubai’s performanceand conclude the quest.
New Bloom Reunion Rewards
In addition to an exclusive questline for the event, there are alsosmaller quests that pop upfor a limited time. They’re separated intoNew Bloom Chronicles and Fun Encounters, though both offer similar rewards.

The New Bloom Chronicles focus on helping with the cultural exchange between Florawish and the crew of the White Jade. Below are the quests and rewards available.

Sailing Through Lens
Help Ginona take pictures of the White Jade interior, then photograph a Florawish Landmark.
Where The Strings Echo
Speak to Xian aboard the White Jade about needing inspiration. He’ll send you to find Alber in Florawish!
Lost Cargo
Speak to Yun at the wharf about the lost cargo, then confirm the location with Lai. Head to the Leisureely Anglers branch and speak with Donald to collect the lost box.
New Bloom Fun Encounters
Fun encounters areshort excursions for the festival. you may find each of the limited-time objectives below along with the corresponding rewards!
Observation: The White Jade
Speak with Aventura about the White Jade ship at the wharf. What is the emblem of the White Jade? (Hint: check the sails!)
Kindled Inspiration: New Bloom’s Outfit
Talk to Yayin aboard the White Jade. She wants to see apaper crane-themed accessory, like the Star of Wishes necklace.
Wish of Lanterns
Speak with Yun at the wharf and deliver a piece of Florascent Wool to repair a damaged lantern.
New Bloom Snapshot Locations
As youcomplete the Listening to the Echoes of the Past quest, you’ll take several photos to commemorate your time with Du Yubai. You’ll also work with Ginona to take photos for the event period.

Highlights Of The New Bloom Festival
In addition to festive quests and outfits, there area few other highlightsworth mentioning. To ring in the New Year, you’llfind firecrackers and lanternsall over the shores of Florawish. We’ve added the details about them below:
How To Use Ground Firecrackers
All around Florawish, you’ll find tiny colorful packets on the ground. When youstep on them, they’ll crackle and pop like tiny fireworks.
These loud little firecrackerswill respawn regularly, and there’s nothing you need to do to unlock them other than participate in the festival.
The location of the street littered with Ground Firecrackers is listed on the map, just northwest of the wharf.
How To Use New Bloom Lanterns
Beautiful lanternsdecorate the watersof Florawish to celebrate the New Year, and you canpurchase additional lanternsto place yourself.Speak with Zhuo Hua at the wharfto purchase up to 1,000 of these gorgeous lotus lanterns for100 blings a piece.
These are limited-time decorations, so they will expire when the event ends.
To use these items,open your backpackand equip them. Then, use the input for your hotbar toenter decorating mode and place the lanternsin the water.
Strings Of Time Rewards
Who doesn’t love a free outfit? Bycompleting different tasks, you can earn points towardsunlocking a new outfitwith a whimsical ability. It’s completely free, and we’ll show you how to get it done.
