If you playStrinovaeven for a little while, you’ll quickly realize this game can get quite competitive since both teams have the same amount of players and the same availability of characters. It also has a unique stringified mechanic that you need to make proper use of if you want to have an advantage.
After playing the normal modes for a bit, you can finally take part in competitive and raise your ranks. However, to do this efficiently, you’d want to use the best possible characters on both attack and defense.
Tier Overview
As soon as you start playing Strinova, you’ll find a total of 18 unique superstrings that you can use. Some of themare free from the beginning to get you startedwhile you have tobuy others using Dream Tokens or Bablo Crystals. All these agents can roughly be divided into three tiers based on their usability.
Here’s what each tier entails:
S
This belongs to the superstrings that are highly valuable on the sides that you’re able to use them on. If your team members aren’t using one of these characters, it’shighly recommended to pick them upas they can significantly boost your victory chances.
A
This tier consists of the characters that are still very valuable,but they’re not a necessity for victory. Once you put some time into learning these characters, you can easily carry your team with them.
B
Finally, this tier belongs to the characters that don’t have the most valuable skill set, but they can still be the team carries if played properly. Strinova has a phenomenal agent balance, and thedifference between the characters on these tiers isn’t too high.
Michele
Sentinel
Michele is undoubtedly one of the best defenders in the game, if not the best. She can place small turrets on corners,telling you when enemies come in their rangeand damaging them.
Once you learn proper turret placements, this can be themost frustrating utility for the enemies.
Eika
Duelist
With the right secondary weapon and tactical items, Eika can easilymake space for the team to push in and get to the site. She’sgreat at making spacewherever she wants.
Maddelena
Controller
Maddelena’s skill is one of the most valuable in the gamesince it allows her to string-block enemies. This can help you delay site pushes by a significant amount.
Celestia
Support
There will be plenty of times when your teammates take armor damage before escaping enemy fire andbeing able to heal that back up quite frequentlyis a great thing to have on your team.
Fuchsia
You can use Fuchsia on both attack and defense, and she can single outenemies to get some easy pickson both sides.
Bai Mo
Bai Mo may be a shotgun user, but the sheer amount of mobility and distractions he can create can easily make the entire enemy team scatterand mess up the round.
Galatea
Vanguard
Much like Bai Mo, Galatea is great at creating distractions andeasily flanking enemies on both attack and defense. She’s one of the best solo characters to use.
Fragrans
Fragrans not only lets your team reach a certain site faster than the enemies would expect, butalso consistently heal them to gain advantage, especially during her ultimate.
Meredith
The best part about Meredith is that theenemy underrates how impactful her storm can be. This lets you get some easy picks if they overextend.
Kokona
Not only is Kokona the only sniper for defense, allowing you to hold a site pretty well, but she alsoheals her team and can revive an ally mid-round.
Reiichi
The screen created by Reiichi can easily mess with the enemy’s head,which makes them avoid it, allowing you to take sites easily.
Flavia
Flavia is the safest agent to rush enemies with even though you’re on defense. Even if you get jumped by multiple enemies,you may easily get away after getting a pick.
Kanami
Apart from having massive damage on her weapon,Kanami is also great atrevealing enemy locations and disrupting their movement.
Ming
While Ming might feel extremely strong in the early ranks,she drops in value quite a bit latersince her skills don’t have a lot of team value.
Yvette
Yvette has one of the most unique skill sets in the game, but she can feel a little underwhelmingif you’re against good enemies, especially when your team doesn’t support you when you’re using the bear.
Lawine
Lawine has one of the best enemy-revealing abilities in the game. Unfortunately,she doesn’t have much going onother than that.
Audrey
While Audrey’s skills sound quite strong in theory, the movement limitation that comes with itmakes her feel a little sluggish to playin the game’s main mode.
Nobunaga
Nobunaga is simply a hit-or-miss character. If you choose the right site,you can get a lot of value from him. However, if the enemies push the other side, it can be the opposite.
