How To Play Amazing Partners
The first time you log in to your Monopoly Go account after7:30AM EST on November 12, you’ll see your board quickly overtaken by Mr. Monopoly and your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man for the new Amazing Partners event. You’ll have until3PM EST on November 17to team up with four players from your friends list to play along with the event, working together towards a series of prizes leading up to one big grand prize at the end.
you may’t switch partners in the middle of a partner eventin Monopoly Go, so be mindful of who you team up with at the beginning of the event. If there’s a player who always seems to have a shield up when you go to Shutdown their game board, they’re likely an active player and would make a good partner. Nothing is more annoying than realizing you’ve picked a partner who isn’t participating, so be mindful before sending and accepting partner invitations.
While we’re playing Amazing Partners this week, you’ll find yourselfearning Amazing Partners tokens from other Monopoly Go eventsand daily collections. This time around, they appear asthe Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos' colorful glove fully decked out with each of the Infinity Stones from the Marvel Universe.
You can get more tokens in a number of ways this week, such as:
Keep track of the number of candies you have - it’s displayed on the right side of your screen by the daily leaderboard tournaments andany board boostsyou may have active. After assembling a good number of them, head into your Amazing Partners event by tapping either the Thanos gauntlet on the right side of your screen or directly onto the partner display you’d like to work on. Here, you canspin a wheel to upgrade your partnership displays.
What Are The Rewards In Amazing Partners?
These displays are improved incrementally as you achievefive levels of upgrades with each partner. It requires a total of80,000 points per partner, and with four displays to finish before the end of the event, you and your partners definitely have your work cut out for you! Thankfully, you’ll get milestone rewards for achieving each benchmark number of points, offering free dice rolls to help you earn even more Amazing Partners tokens in the other events.
Interestingly, we’ve even got an additional prize for finishing each of the four displays with your partners - for every display you finish, you’ll receive anew emojito add to your collection!There are four emojis to collect in the Amazing Partners event, which is enough to fill an entire shelf of emojis if you’re close to the next reward level in your collection!
To help with the impressive number of points you’ll need to earn, on your Amazing Partners spinners this month, you’ll see the return of theMega tile, which immediately converts the point totals on your spinner to much higher numbers and offers you a complimentary spin to see how high you can continue to boost your Amazing Partners score. There only seems to be one Mega tile on the prize wheel, so it’s a little rare, but it’s a huge boost whenever you do!
When youfinish all four Amazing Partners displaysbefore the end of the event, you’ll receive this month’s grand prize! This includes5,000 free dice rollsto replenish what you spent playing Amazing Partners, anew emojifeaturing your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, and even aWild Stickerto allow you tochoose any stickerto add to any of yourMarvel Go albums.
